I find I use this even when I don't need a freshen up of conditioner. The scent changes my whole mood. I decide from that, it is a fabulous in between conditioner. I have average to find hair and my husband has very curly hair. He uses it often.

This isn't a mist, so if you're looking for a lightweight spray type product, this isn't it. It really should be in a squeeze out bottle. It's heavy on my hair and makes it a bit dull.
