The MAC color excess pencil the name of the color is glide or die as rich black color. It has the consistency of a gel. Feels like a crayon when you glided over your lid. Looks great on the waterline
Pros: Color payoff is great. Gentle on the skin and even though it took a little work, it did apply and stay on the waterline. Doesn't smudge too much which is great, but also means it's not blendable. Cons: the product can be a little thick if you want to apply enough to be bold on the waterline...

Best eyeliner
I've tried so many eyeliners, but none of them worked for me until I found this one. It's exactly what I was looking for! It's truly smudge-proof, lasts all day, and works perfectly on the waterline. Highly recommend!

It stays on and it doesn't get runny in your eyelids. I have bought a few different colors on this brand. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good eyeliner. And is affordable as well. There's quite a few variety of colors on this brand.

How to apply it on waterline? The product won't apply on my waterline even after using a q-tip to dry my waterliner.
