Works great so far
I was skeptical about this product due to the price. I didn't notice any changes after the first week (I don't regularly use it twice a day as recommended, only once a day due to the price). But when I started using it I had a noticeable skin tag abut 4-6 mm long, and it hurt because my shirt collar...

NEW formula 2020.First Impressions: Very creamy and cooling on the neck. Unfortunately, it will be a pass for me. Whether I put it on with skincare or without skincare on my neck, IT FLAKES a couple hours later ;( I just dip 2 fingers to moisturize and it feels smooth on my neck so it is not cuz I a...

Really wanted to use this but...
When I finally opened the package a few weeks after purchasing it, the jar was half full and had a curdled look to it. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt so I am out the $100+ that it cost me. If you buy it, open it up at the store to ensure that you are not getting a bad jar.
Hard to Impress
I've used many high end brands for skincare over the last 20 years. I fell upon this by samples. It's a bit pricey, however, it lasts me almost a year. Now, I don't use it for my neck- so don't come me. I actually use it for my under eyes. Im not sure how it started but one day I applied it to my under eyes and I never stopped. Everyone is different and what works for one may not work for another. I am in my early 40's and I still don't have any under eye wrinkles. A few fine lines are appearing recently, so I added an under eye retinol as well. Pleased with my product.
AMAZING results but smells TERRIBLE!!!
The results of the product were FANTASTIC but it smells to high heaven - an AWFUL chemical smell. Even though I've used it for a year now I still find myself asking what is that terrible smell? ...Oh, it's me!!
Who approved this smell?
I'm all about a high performance product targeting the neck and décolletage, so I was excited when this sample was included in a GWP. I thought naybe the sample had gone bad due to the rancid smell. Now looking at the reviews, I see that I am not alone when I say the scent of this cream is a complete nightmare. I had to re-shower and spray Mugler's Angel to mask the foul odor. For the price I would hope this does what it says, but please reformulate the smell.
Only used once then tossed
I can't speak for the quality of the product or how well it works because I only applied it once and washed it off right after. It smells like McDonald's sweet and sour sauce. I'm not a chicken nugget , so it's a no go for me. If you are, then lather on the sauce! If you're someone that's more sensitive to smells, I'd avoid this product.
