Interesting Solution

I bought this pretty skeptical about what how essential oils could possibly soothe period cramps. There weren't many reviews and I figured it wouldn't hurt to try. False advertising?

So I got this roller ball and when it came, the packaging was not even the same as the photo… I got a glass-ish (see through) tube with just a label on it, and the label was half off. It wouldn't even stick back on so I had to take it off and was just left with a transparent tube. The ones in the ph...

not sure if this actually helps my cramps physically, but the frustration i get about having them is improved. the smell is very soothing and if i pair with my aleve it's got me in a great mood. other people tell me i smell lemony, and while i do get lemon notes it's not overpowering.

Smells good. Does nothing.

Giving an extra star only for the scent, which is mildly relaxing. But how many roll-on essential oil blends smell good for far less than $18...? If you're looking for relief from serious, severe cramps like endo, PMDD, etc. don't bother. I've gone through a full bottle across a few cycles with no benefit.
