This oil not only smells amazing but feels amazing on your skin. It's so nice and cool and is a super gentle product (no rashes or breakouts) which is such a bonus! I wouldn't use this as my primary way to get rid of cramps but it definitely helps put you in a better mood after applying.

I have suspected Endo, long heavy cycles with debilitating cramps, ovarian cysts, etc. and this helps so much! I was given thia by a friend that had it from a subscription box but doesn't have bad periods so she gave it to me. I will always repurchase this! Bc of how bad my cycles are it doesn't completely take the pain away but makes it so much more bearable so I can function! Literally saves the day and so worth it! And smells so good and is relaxing! For me it helps most to put it directly on my abdomen.
