1. Rinse face with warm water and gently rub in cleanser
2. Rinse PMD Clean Acne under water and power on device. Pair with mode 1 or 2 for best cleansing results.
3. Move brush head in circular motions, cleansing entire face, it is safe to spend more time in areas that may be of personal concern.
4. Rinse face and PMD Clean Acne of any excess cleanser and pat dry.
5. Turn on blue light therapy and apply to acne. The PMD Clean Acne will vibrate to signify the beginning of the 3 minute spot treatment. Repeat as needed on affected areas of mild to moderate acne.
