This really has a cooling, menthol feeling. On my first use, I got it a little too close to my eyes. It's like chewing 5 gum for your eyes! maybe Im not supposed to put it on my eyelids? but it is an eyebalm so I should be able to. regardless, it burns my eyelids, feels ok under my eyes. i dont recofnize any difference in puffy or bags or anything. its entirely possible this product is not for "mature" skin, and thats fine, just wish I'...

burns !!
This product got into my eye and stung badly, and then burnt on my undereye for hours.
1st chill, then burn
Not sure the benefit of this product. Paid an influencer to tell us some lies about how wonderful it is. There is a menthol cooking effect at first, then begins to burn. No moisture as best I can tell. Tried it for a week and now it's going in the trash.

It feels super cold and good at first, but starts to burn after a few minutes. The burning feeling didn't go away for several hours.
It's chilly!
This stick balm goes on smooth and leaves the under eye skin feeling chilled and smooth and softer. It does not tingle or burn, or leave a residue. Even though it's blue. I like it as a wake up balm when tired and feeling puffy. The cooling sensation does last longer than expected. I have not put it in the fridge, and it is still very cooling. I would use this like you would under eye cooling patches, with quicker ease of use and under makeup. Is it working under eye circle miracles and erasing all puffiness, no. But maybe with more use it will do more.

Been using this product for 6+ months. very cooling and wakes up my under eyes. definitely strong. I do have dry eyes already but they don't irritate me as much as others seem to. only negative is product clumping up over time but still has same effects. will buy new packaging once finished.
