maybe Im not supposed to put it on my eyelids? but it is an eyebalm so I should be able to. regardless, it burns my eyelids, feels ok under my eyes. i dont recofnize any difference in puffy or bags or anything. its entirely possible this product is not for "mature" skin, and thats fine, just wish I'...

I like this a lot. It has a very strong cooling effect and definitely gives me more of an "awake" feel and look. The cooling effect is very noticible and I see how it could be too intense for some people, but i personally really enjoy that feeling. It's refreshing!
