Most Helpful Positive Review keeps arriving damaged I ordered two of these online, both arrived damaged. One had cosmetic damage (two small cracks on the side), on the other the front of the top drawer was smashed in, so a big piece including the drawer pull was broken off. I called customer service, thankfully they quickly replaced both organizers for free. One was intact, the other had damage - again a crack (bigger this time) on the side, and a few loose small pieces of acrylic were rolling around in the bottom drawer from a partially broken slide that's holding up the drawer above. Mind you, all this damage was under the plastic shrink wrap, so I would presume the organizers were packed already like that. I wouldn't say the acrylic is bendable, btw - in fact I think the reason it's so brittle is precisely because it has zero give.
As for the appearance and the functionality of the organizer: the acrylic is very clear and shiny, it looks very pretty. I have an older Sorbus organizer standing next to these, and you can tell how dull and gray along the edges it looks in comparison. The top drawer doesn't actually pull out, it only has a knob for uniformity of appearance (which is fine with me). I don't really get the point of the silicone bands inside the cover - I mean, I can see from the pictures (on another site) that they meant them for brushes, I just don't think it's a good idea, and would never store my brushes that way. Personally I think that space is best used as a tray for bottles, with the top flap folded behind the organizer.
Dimensions: the organizer is about 10" wide, 9.5" tall and 8" deep. The bottom drawer is about 3.5" tall and has a divider in the middle, the two drawers above it are a little over 2" tall, and the top tray is just a little over 1" tall.
All in all, I *do* recommend this organizer because it's nice to look at and would fit a lot, however I would recommend that you wait to buy until you can get it in store, so that you can inspect the item for defects yourself prior to purchase.
Most Helpful Critical Review Very disappointing, buyer beware. I ordered this and received it at curbside pickup. Normally I would have checked my items then and there but I wanted to wait until I got home so that I could wipe everything down, because you know, corona. I wiped it down and as soon as I unwrapped the plastic covering the first drawer was broken and fell right off. I can't even return or exchange it until stores open back up. I contemplated just glueing it together but I mean did I really just spend this amount of money to have to glue it back together? Besides the acrylic itself is so insanely thin that it's actually bendable and flimsy so regardless this would have broken quickly. It's just too fragile regardless of price. Will store in a safe place until I can hopefully return.

Organized all my makeup from my makeup bag into this organized I can see everything I need when I need it without dumping everything out my makeup bag. I love it it's little pricey but worth it.

I love the size of this organizer. The drawers are huge and fit larger palates. I like the large bucket drawer at the bottom for lipsticks and the flip top for liners and things I use most often. But one of the middle drawers always warps in shape and jams. It jams all the drawers up eventually and I am not able to open at all. I have broken it trying to fix it.

I was able to consolidate my organizers to only this one. The band at the top to hold brushes in place is too loose so the brushes just slide right out. I have to lay them in the top compartment instead. Otherwise, I recommend it!

It is a bit pricey but if you save up your rewards you can get it! It's very high quality and sturdy. I love that is displays my makeup while offering sufficient storage. The top lid opens and holds your brushes. The drawers open and close nicely. It beats a cheap plastic three drawer storage. I love it!!!

i've been wanting this for a while and i love it sm, i don't have a lot of makeup but i needed something to hold what i did have. i'm able to fit 4 pallets in the bottom drawer and a bunch in the other drawers. the top has a awesome space for brushes. just note that it is big so you may have to find a decent sized spot for it

This dawer is perfect, its a great size & its pretty sturdy & looks so nice! the bottom drawer has a divider, which I personally like....the others do not have dividers. you can fit quite a bit of things in this dawer, it's perfect!

still nice, it is sturdy and it fits a lot. It doesn't fit my foundation standing up. it has silicone bands for brushes inside the top lid but I do not want to use it I think I would get it dirty and ruin the look of it.
