I love my Olivia Garden ceramic flat iron. I'm able to style my hair in so many ways from straight to beach waves and even curls due to the floating plates. I am amazed at how quickly it heats up and the 11 temperature settings allow me to choose what's best for my hair without causing any damage. My hair always looks so shiny after styling and holds the shape for days. I appreciate the 10 ft swivel cord especially in my older home where the outlets are in uncommon places. I also love the turn off feature after 30 minutes just in case I forget to unplug. This by far has become my favorite styling tool and I know I'll be using it for many years to come. Thank you for such an excellent product Oliva Garden!

As someone with semi-wavy, very fine, poofy, frizzy hair, I struggle to get my hair to look straight or even somewhat acceptable in the morning. Other straighteners do work, but admittedly, all of mine are pretty old and dying on me. This Olivia Garden straightener was a huge noticeable difference. With sectioning - I can actually achieve straighter, smoother, less poofy and frizzy hair. Warms up super fast and can actually get surprisingly hot. Doesn't make your hair "crispy" feeling. The straightener feels of good quality when held. Sleek design. Love the heat resistant holder that was provided with the straightener. As someone who has literally burnt countertops (oops 😳) using straighteners before, it will DEFINITELY come in handy. Overall, I'm pleased. I would recommend.

I have very coarse, curly hair and this ceramic ion iron has made my hair so shiny when I straighten it. I love the different heat settings if I do not want to use too much heat on my hair. It makes my hair soft and straight with the ion technology and I love the small size for my front fly aways!

This ion straightener heats up very quickly and can go up to 455. I used the straightener at the highest setting and lowest setting. For me, the highest setting was better. With most straighteners I have to go over a strand of hair multiple times, this one I only did it twice. It has a very sleek design and the heat mat is great, especially since you don't have to wait for it to cool down before putting it away, as the mat saves as a pouch as well. Even using at the highest setting my hair didn't feel dry or brittle so there wasn't a need for me to use protectant spray. The only thing I'm not a fan of is that the straightener is a little thin, I tend to prefer straighteners that have a little bit larger iron. Overall it's a great product. Not surecif I'd pay over 100.00 for it, but at the same time it is worth it. ** I received this product for free in exchange for writing a review.

Great flat iron for wavy or loose curly hair

I have a lot of thick curly hair. I have 3 different curl patterns - tight/coily, wavy, and curly. So I prefer titanium plates. However, this flat iron did a good job for being ceramic. The only issue I had was it took 3-4 passes and on the tight curls it took 5. It's great for someone without coarse hair.
