I love how this straightener heats up super fast. I also love how this straightener comes with a heat protectant mat to keep the straightener from burning all the different surfaces. I also love the super long plates it has so it gets most of my hair straightened in just one swipe.
Love this
One of the better irons I have used in a while, especially compared to one i have thats double the price. Straightens perfectly and also curls better than a curling irin imho!!!
Weak plug
Straighter was okay but only lasted for 7 months since the plug broke. Went to the olivia garden website to see if there was a warranty but of course, the broken plug wasnt part of the warranty. Not to mention, you HAVE to fill out a form within 30 days of purchase to basically activate the warranty. Only bought this straightener since my old one that ive been having for 12 years keeps turning off on its own. Thank god i didnt throw it away so i can use it for the meantime until i can find and invest in a new (better) straightener.

I bought this straightener because it has the best reviews. This straightener is the worst straightener I have ever used. My hair got stuck, the straightener pulled, and it fried my hair when the heat wasnt even high. Hard pass on this one.
Takes longer than expected to heat up
This flat iron seems okay other than being over priced. Takes much longer to heat up than I expected. My older one takes less than a minute and this one seems to take three to five.
