Most Helpful Positive Review The Best Birthday Present!!!! I love this shade! I received it as an early Birthday present today, along with two other shades (as if I need more Essie nail polish!), and am using it on my fingernails to wear out for my Birthday tomorrow! It creates a beautiful shimmering effect, as if I have pearls on the ends of my fingers! All I am going to add is a coat of Essie Gel Setter for some more shine and I'll be all set! I put a lot of time and care into my natural nails and only want to put the finest nail polish on them!
Note: I did have to add a few more coats than usual for a solid color, but one or two coats would make for a fantastic sheer look!
Most Helpful Critical Review Won't buy again This stuff bubbles really badly. Then 2 days later it peeled right off. I won't buy it again.

I use 2 coats with this polish, and it's sheer. For a more opaque look, I think 3 coats would be best. Using a sponge to apply it could also work well, but I haven't tried it. I paired it with the Pacifica Plant Magic Top & Base Coat, and my nails look super beautiful and elegant!! My manicure lasts a little over 7 days.

I love the birthday girl shade! It's more of a metallic than a glitter, and it's easy to apply. The formula spreads well, can be layered, and dries quickly. Working at a store where I stock the shelves and open boxes frequently, I can proudly say my nails didn't chip until the 3rd day!

I bought this color for what it's name entails: For my birthday! I turn 19 this January and I wanted the perfect nail color for the occasion. I LOVE pink shades and usually wear them, so this shimmery pink really caught my eye! I used just 2 coats and it was beautiful. I have been wearing it for 7 days and they haven't chipped once. I only wear Essie and I am a nail art fanatic (I paint my nails basically every couple of days because of how much I love it) so I really recommend this!

Very happy to finally find a pink polish with a gold shimmer instead of silver. One or two coats for a subtle natural look, or layer a third for an intense color. Reminds me of the look some are using with magnetized nail polish. A Stunner for sure.

This polish stayed on for 3 weeks! I didn't have to put a top coat on like most people say to do!! I think Essie is the BEST polish out there today!

This nail polish is a very pretty blue-grey. However, I've noticed that if I use a different top coat than the Essie one, it chips a little easier. But don't let that discourage you. It is still very pretty.

I got this to sparkle up a base color for a fancy wedding I was attending. It was the perfect amount of shimmer and still allowed the base color to shine through. Many people came up and asked what products were on my nails.
I've tried this with a range of base colors and have been pleased with each pairing, no matter what color I've paired it with.

I'm in love with this color! It goes on smoothly and doesn't streak at all like some light colors. This has a little iridescence...pink beige. I'm a redhead with pale skin. This is one of the best neutral sheer colors I've used. I used the here to stay base coat, 2 coats of color and then the speed setter. It lasts all week even with light cleaning and dishes. I'm going to stock up!
