This product has a list of ingredients that read like a dream. This is a quality product, and really does help moisturize the skin. For me, I didn't really notice a reduction in inflammation under my eyes and the product was a bit too greasy for me but I did have a noticeable improvement in the discomfort that I typically experience in the dry skin underneath my eyes. It is a bit difficult to get the product going (it is thick at first and I typically use my fingertip to dig a tiny bit out of the pot) but once you warm it up between your fingers it applies very smoothly. The scent is so nice- like a light grassy citrus scent which is refreshing. I think if used only under the eyes this product will last quite a long time, and coupled with the quality ingredients I think this is overall a good product that I would purchase again, but because it looks so greasy on me I would likely only use at nighttime as a deep moisturizer.
I been using retinol serum and vitamin c serum.. and I've noticed a difference using those products. This eye balm is great as an eye cream, it's oil/wax based so don't expect a cream..
it doesn't irritate my eyes, but I have to be careful with getting it on my cheeks, it does cause me to break out. I have dry skin, and using heavy creams always cause my makeup to slip and move around. Using this product, my under eye concealer doesn't settle so much in my lines. I haven't noticed any changes using the product. I still have the same under eye bags, and dark circles.
My lips have been extremely chapped, I bought many chapsticks, and nothing has comforted my dry lips. I thought because the product has cbd, maybe it would help, and I woke up in the morning with softer lips, less irritated. I read the ingredients, and thought wow this is a perfect lip balm. An expensive one, but the one thing that has gave my lips comfort.
I been using the balm on my under eyes for two weeks, so we'll see in time if something magically happens.. I do think it's a good product to have around, for dry areas, dry patches, dry lips.. it is beneficial to have.. or I would have returned it. But I'm keeping it.

I have very dry skin and was hoping this would be hydrating and calming. The consistency is like a thicker vaseline so it really isn't good under eye makeup, everything slides around. I started using it only at night. When I first put it on it feels very moisturizing but when I wake up in the morning my undereyes are so dry, more so than when using other eye creams. It's a no for me.

I think this product expires quickly, due to it being more natural. This means use it when you buy it. If it is expired it will be very hard and have a bad smell. When not expired this product is the bees knees! Highly recommend.

Its a balm alright but doesnt really do anything other than just a balm, I would say kinda like just putting vaseline on your skin. Nothing for puffy eyes, dark circles, lines etc just like a base primer. Maybe for someone in their teens or early 20's that doesnt require much treatment for fine lines and other eye area concerns.

It's a balm. A little goes a long way. Rub between fingers to soften before use. It's all natural, so if it goes rancid, take it back and exchange it. A tub lasts 6 months of continual use day and night for me. Well worth the $$& though if you can, I'd catch it on sale.

This was super hard when I bought it. It wouldn't warm under my touch and I had to use my blow dryer to melt the product. It was hydrating but practically unusable :/ returned.
Bought a kit and the eye balm and lip product were expired. It was hard, unspreadable, and smelled rancid. The face cream wasn't expired.

I bought this product despite a few bad reviews. Unfortunately the balm was super hard and I have to use my blow dryer to warm the balm. Very hydrating though.

I originally bought this on a 50% off sale to try for my husband who has dark and discolored under eye bags. But I started trying it myself. In just a short period of time I started noticing a difference with my eyelashes. They were stronger, curlier, and seemed longer. I shrugged it off thinking I was imagining it. Then I kept noticing more improvements. I have now been using this for a year and a half and will never consider quitting. I no longer have to curl my lashes or put on a lash primer to try and get them to look longer. They have grown so much even my friends and family make comments asking if I have on fake lashes. This balm is a genuine miracle for my lashes. They should advertise it as a lash growth balm since it did nothing for my under eye bags.
Buy it if: You want crazy long and strong eyelashes
Don't buy it: You only want help with eye bag discoloration or puffy eyes

Got this for the eczema around my eyes and I loved the simple clean ingredients + the CBD to hopefully reduce inflammation. I like to apply pressure to the balm with my ring finger while circling around to help better melt the product. Once it gets waxy, I gently tap under my eyes and on my inner eye corner as well. I wear less during the day, and definitely more at night to be extra moisturized and dewy when I wake up the following morning. It also wears well underneath my Kosas concealer, creating a fresh glowy effect and really helps to avoid creasing! I deducted one star from this review just because I feel that it is a little more waxy than it is "balmy", + the scent is not pleasant in my opinion. I'd rather prefer it to be completely fragrance free, or maybe it's only the freshest batches that smell good. Idk. But I do love how much this product has done wonders for me in the sense of taking care of my raw, red, irritated under eyes. This keeps them so hydrated, tames down the inflammation with the CBD, and help for my makeup to not cling to the dry patches that can appear under my eyes. I'm interested in trying more from this brand!

It dries out! I purchased 4 over Christmas time and 3 were perfect and soft and smelled good like I love. The other was dry, unspreadable, and stunk. Cannula really needs to do something about selling bad product bc a lot of these people buy one and it's a bad one and they hate it forever. It can be the best thing in the world though if you get the right one. Need more consistency!

This is definitely a balm, and can be a bit waxy but I really love it. It's the most moisturizing eye product in my collection right now. It was pricey but it is lasting forever. I scrape a little out with my nail and warm it up between my ring fingers before applying. It has really helped the crepey appearance in the inner corner of my eye, where my concealer was looking caked on. I wear mostly at night and apply to my entire eye, lashes and brows. Made my lashes feel stronger and made my brows grow! Doesn't absorb as well as a cream, but I don't mind. When using with makeup, I use just the tiniest bit to moisturizer under my eye, and I massage it in well. You may want to think of this as a hydrating treatment or eye mask more than your everyday eye cream. I enjoy it, even though it is very different from other eye products I have tried. If you get a tub that is too waxy or doesn't liquify when warmed up, exchange for another tub!

I got this as part of a Cannuka box set. This balm doesn't apply well in the slightest. I tried warming it up & it didn't help. Never a good sign for an eye product when you have to drag it under your eyes. I won't be buying a full size of this product.

I received a sample and loved it enough to repurchase. However, when I ran out & bought again the product looked like a wax hockey puck & smelled rancid! Despite this, I still tried to make it work but it's like applying a waxy sand to my face. What a waste!

Maybe I got a bad batch but this was my 1st time buying this and the last. Bad impression to get a dry product. I tried to get some product onto my finger and whatever did get transferred, I tried to warm it up with my fingers. I don't think it really worked but regardless I tried it on. It was extremely sticky, still dry and just horrible. Returned, never to be thought of again. I had high hopes..

I'm in my mid 30's and look 24 and it's all because I've used sunscreen and eye cream since I was 18. This is the best most hydrating eye cream I have ever used! better than those that cost me 2 or 3 times as much. I'm obsessed! halfway through my second bottle.

I caught it on sale and decided to try it. I used it for a few weeks and quit. It made my under eyes very sensitive, and even hurt a little. I didn't see a difference, thought the smell did help me sleep some. Really wanted to like it, but not my favorite.

I got as a sample and it's my favorite beauty secret. I dab under my eyes with a little concealer, it's my invisible face camo.
Jenk from Chicago
This balm is the bomb. It's super hydrating. I use it day and night. Just know that your under eyes can look greasy while wearing it. A little makeup over it does the trick. I love it because the makeup doesn't settle under my eyes causing unnecessary wrinkles. The only complaint is that sometimes I get a batch that has gone bad. When that happens, it smells awful and is incredibly hard to use. Ulta is always great about exchanging out product.

I have very dry under eyes. They are also sensitive, and I have to be careful with what I use. After trying so many products, I almost gave up. I'm so glad I found this product.
This is a balm. You can't just dip your finger in it and go. It is a product to warm up with your finger before you apply it, and once the product is warmed up, it goes on smoothly. I can understand why some people believe it's too heavy for them. My general eye area is very dry. So dry that makeup would look very caked on my eyes. After a few days of using this balm, my under eye area no longer is patchy when I put concealer over it. I also hadn't realized how dull my eyes looked until I saw them look bright and hydrated with this balm. It really has helped. I let it sit for a little bit before I go in with concealer to let my skin absorb the balm, but the concealer goes on very smoothly once absorbed.
This is a product I will repurchase again and again.

I have literally tried every single eye cream on the market and I'm not exaggerating. everything from perricone to L'Oreal justifying something that will help my dry eyes. on top of being allergic to half of them none of them worked. I'm in my mid-thirties and I work long days I needed something that was going to help me look less tired and I've found it. this is pretty much a miracle cream.

I have definitely noticed that my eyelashes have grown longer and stronger since I started using this product all over my eyes. I even use the balm on other wrinkle prone areas of my face. I mostly use this product overnight, but will use it daily, however could understand why some reviewers have said it was too greasy for them. I rub some of the balm over inflamed skin, and do feel like it helps the healing. I'm a big fan; I'm currently on my 3rd jar.
Freija from Seattle
This helped with my dryness and overall skin texture. I don't know if it actually calms my skin but it does a fantastic job at keeping it hydrated and smooth. It looks great under makeup and I feel like this has helped condition my brows and lashes and has helped their growth.

As soon as I started using this product I noticed my under eyes were becoming dry and itchy. A week later I woke up and my lower lash line was red and swollen. I immediately stopped using this product and the swelling went down but my under eyes are still dry, flaky, and itchy. Absolutely would not recommend for sensitive eyes.
Stephanie from Palmdale
I have been using this product for a year and have extremely sensitive skin with acne flare ups, very oily t-zone, and bad eczema especially around my eyes. This product did nothing for wrinkles, HOWEVER it worked wonder to calm down my eczema and moisturized my under eye without making it oily. I use under my makeup and it makes the application look flawless and not cakes or dried out. It also has made my eyelashes grow like crazy. So I decided to put lightly on my eyebrows too, and they have grown like crazy too! I have to pluck every few days to keep them clean from how much they grow. Yes it's expensive, but I bought this almost a year ago and am barely half way through the product. LAST FOREVER. If you have sensitive skin with eczema, this will help calm it.

I've been on the hunt for a product that will take care of not only my bags, but puffiness as well. After reading reviews for this eye balm, I decided to give it a shot. Within 15 minutes of putting some on, my puffiness was gone! I've been using it 2X a day for the past few days, and even my husband said that my bags don't look as dark/prominent as they used to. It seems expensive, but you really need just a small amount. A little goes a long way.
