I am not usually sensitive to smells AT ALL so I was shocked to see people commenting that this has a "light scent" - IMO this is anything but light. It's a strong, spicy, citrus-y scent with chemical undertones that lingers in your nostrils for a while after you use it. I literally have to hold my breath for 10+ seconds after spraying it on my face because it gets in my nose/mouth if I breathe in too quickly, which feels super uncomfortable due to the "spiciness" of the scent (if that makes sense). Anywho I don't normally write reviews but I didn't see anyone saying this and I wanted to put it on the record. I learned that products that contain witch-hazel, glycolic acid, alcohol and caffeine are way to harsh for my day to day routine if I want to stay on the hydrated side of things. At night I use this after I've taken my make up off, I wash my face with a gentle face wash and after I've dry patted my face I spray about 4 times of the toner over my face and use a cotton ball to take all the extra dirt left behind and finally my creams and serums.
