Most Helpful Positive Review Very good At first, I wasn't sure about this product, but after trying others, I realized how much better this makeup remover is compared to others. The BEST part is that it's NOT OILY. There isn't a film you need to rinse off after using. The bottle seems to last forever, too! I don't use this as a full-face makeup remover, just on my eyes. Sometimes I'll need gently rub along my lash line to really remove eyeliner, but I think that proves how good my primer and eyeliner are.
Most Helpful Critical Review Not for me I previously used a Lancome eye makeup removed that worked well, but I got tired of the 'greasy' feel it left behind. This one had rave reviews, so I figured I 'd give it a shot.
Not a fan. It's effective enough with shadows, liners, and brow stuff, but not with mascara. I had to go back over my lashes with another cotton pad to get all the mascara off. It also suds, which I don't like because it makes me fell like I'm using a soap that needs to be rinsed off after use....which brings me to the feeling left behind. It's not a greasy residue or a filmyness-it just feels like product that needs to be washed off (I know, real helpful, right? sorry).
It is gentle and doesn't agitate my skin or vision, so that was a plus. Overall, it's just not for me and will be going back.

I have very sensitive eyes and lots of drying around them and such. This stuff takes the makeup off pretty easy, doesn't bug or irritate them at all. It could literally touch my eyes and they would be fine. A little goes a long way.
Stings!!! 1

I have never had any eye makeup remover sting so bad.
Burns your eyes 1
Missjo from Brookings, Oregon
It burns your eyes and you have to use a lot of it to remove your eye makeup! Very expensive and not conditioning at all....worse than using soap and water
I would not purchase this again. 1

I soaked a cotton pad and rubbed my eyes to remove eye liner and mascara. Barely any of it was removed.....more like it was smeared. I tried it several times without success. I do not use waterproof products. It even irritated my eyes with some burning.
Stings eyes 3

Not overall impressed. Never had anything sting my eyes for removing eye makeup but this does...I thought chamomile is soothing not stingy...
Smells horrible, but works great 3

The previous formula was much better, I would have given it a 5. But, when it was time to reorder they had changed the bottle and formula. Now, it stinks and burns a little at first but quickly clears up. It works great and takes off even waterproof mascara.

I have used the Body Shops eye makeup remover for years. It takes off any and all eye makeup. It does not sting or hurt my eyes. It is soothing to the skin. One of those products that I don't want to be without.
Worst eye makeup remover I've ever used 1
Kathryn the Great from San Francisco, CA
I previously bought this eye makeup remover and am trying to buy only cruelty free products. It was in a clear bottle and I was very happy with it, so I ordered it again. I'm not sure how this product is different, but first it stings my eyes super badly, and second it takes forever to get all the eye makeup off. Ineffective and painful - how did this even go to market!? I am going to try to return and find another option.
Best yet for my eyes 5

I bought this, not having a ton of hope for it as all the removers with oil I have hated or have irritated my eyes. This is so great. It removes all my eyeshadow first swipe. Sometimes i hold the cotton ball to my lashes for 20 seconds, depending how much mascara I have on that day, and away it goes too. This is one of the very few I can use without rinsing my eyes off after. Love love LOVE it. (My review likely won't be verified as I bought the small bottle that's no longer available.)
Not a fan, removes shadow but not mascara and burns my eyes. 1
Boo from Florida
Purchased this when the coconut milk remover was out of stock. Keep trying to figure out how to use enough to remove mascara but not so much that it doesn't burn my eyes. Giving up and this is going in the trash!
I have bought this product for decades and will continue to 5

I put the remover on a cotton pad and have another pad soaked with water. I use the pad on my eye lids, holding a few seconds before swiping it off. Is fabulous. Can also use for blush removal. I rinse after using. No residue ever.

Make up comes off in 1 swipe no tugging under eye even stubborn eyelash glue !
Gentle for Eyes 4
Annie from Va
I really enjoy this for removing eye makeup. I apply some onto a pad and then lightly press it on to my eye and hold for about 30 seconds. My makeup and mascara swipe right off. This is probably not as great for waterproof mascara though. It might be too gentle!

I do not have sensitive skin but this stung during each use. I threw away without using the entire bottle of product. But it did effectively remove eye makeup.
Burns 1

I have sensitive skin, and supposedly this is "suitable for sensitive skin". It's not. Burned my eye lids and didn't removed makeup well. Will be returning.
Not for me 3
Jenjen from Eatontown, NJ
I found it too soapy. Wasn't easily pulling my eye makeup off. Had to use 3-4 cotton balls

I have been using Body Shop's Camomile Eye Make Up remover for years. It works well. Rinses cleanly, no oily residue, yet not drying. So glad Ulta carries this product.

Doesn't work to take off eye makeup and burns your eyes terribly! Returned it.
Lightweight and works great! 5

this eye makeup remover works great and is super light, with a watery consistency versus being oily. I was impressed with how easily it took off my eye make up and will purchase again.
