I would repurchase!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The packaging is cute & the brown shade on the outside of the packaging is almost the exact same color of the actual product. I love the sleek blade applicator; it makes filling in sparse hairs and drawing small hairs super simple. It goes on very easy and the standard brush attached to pencil makes blending a breeze. Beginner friendly and also perfect for those with more experience. This just might replace my old NYX brow pencil!!
Not Enough Product
The color is really nice, but there is only so much product in the elongated tube.
love the formula, but not blue brows!!
Was looking forward to trying the liquid pen + pencil combo, and wasn't disappointed with the pencil formula. But after only 5 hours of wear the ink side turned my brows blue-green! My hair is currently green so it wasn't as noticeable, but it still looks Very Not Good. Maybe some other shades don't have this problem, but the Cool Cookie oxidized on my skin so bad I'm not even going to chance using it again.
Two thin for under eye lining
I picked this up because I wanted a clean eyebrow pencil that I tend to use on my under eye for definition. This pencil was way too thin, was great for the browse, but not for under the eye. I won't buy again.
