Most Helpful Positive Review island vanilla is my favorite i'm usually a budget buyer but go crazy for pacifica and can usually find their products on sale. the island vanilla is one of my favorites in a lotion. not sure i'd want it as one of their perfumes but vanilla is such a relaxing, soothing scent, great for nighttime skin. the slight floral notes are wondeful and leave a nice soft scent on the body for awhile. though not organic, pacifica doesn't use synthetic chemicals and seems enviro-conscious enough. the artwork on their containers is always so pretty, very different for each scent. and they have interesting combinations of ingredients that work.
Most Helpful Critical Review Makes you smell like a drunk I love Pacifica products. When I smelled the sample in the store I did not pick up on the strong after smell of booze. When I got home and put it on I noticed the funky alcohol scent. After inspecting the bottle more closely I saw that there is an intentional bourbon scent added. Not appealing at all. I never use it outside of the home for fear that people will think that I've been drinking all day.

This stuff smells amazing with a warm blend of vanilla, coconut, and shea butter. Super creamy and takes a bit to soak in but it feels so lovely.

I have this body butter tube, the full-length body spray, rollerball perfume, and the underarm deodorant wipes. The scent tends to remind me of the all the night flowering plants here in the south for some reason. Tends to last longer if layered.

So it doesn't really smell like vanilla or much of anything. Which isn't a bad thing but it's not what was advertised. However it does apply nicely and makes my skin soft. I even use it on my face.

Purchased as a companion to the perfume roll-on and hair and body mist. This body butter helps extend the roll-on scent and soothes my skin. I enjoy the scent especially after a bath and drinking a cup of herbal tea relaxing with a good read. The coconutty vanilla with a hint of vetiver helps me to unwind.

I love the texture. A little goes along way and it's not greesy. I gave 3 stars because there is absolutely no scent at all. I got the perfume roll on to match and that has no scent at a either.

I really enjoy this scent, but it could be a better formula. It does moisturize, but not enough for me. My skin is prone to dryness...so, I'd recommend this for smelling good and light hydration but not as a treatment for dry skin.
