Feels like skincare 
I bought this when Ulta had it 50% off at Christmas and have since bought it again at full price. It blurs and blends the blotchy redness of my face, and just feels like a thick moisturizer. I would use only this on a no make-up day, but I usually blend a light foundation over it to cover sun spots, and problem areas. Works well for a quick make up routine and I decant some to always have in my travel bag.
Perfection
I've been using this product for a couple years now and its a staple in my makeup routine. I usually wear it alone, but it also works well when I want to do a full face of makeup. If I want more coverage, adding a small amount of foundation to the primer is all that's needed. I can't say enough good things about how glowy and natural my skin looks when I use this. Highly recommend.
Great!
This is moisturizing, and a coverup all in one. It's light weight, doesn't feel like a foundation, but covers and blends your skin tone. You can wear alone or dust with a powder foundation. This is a great product.

Absolutely LOVE Tula Blurring & Moisturizing Primer! It's perfect as a base for make-up or great as tinted moisturizer for days when I don't wear make-up. It's definitely a 'go-to' for me!

I use the Tula hydrating daily moisturizer. Would you suggest this be used after applying the moisturizer or instead of applying it?
