Most Helpful Positive Review No other acne tools can compare! This is the greatest acne tool on the market. Even better than Dr. Pimple Popper's acne tool. Buy this and you will see what I am talking about. It is easy to use and even easier to clean. The little curved hook makes it so that I don't get marks on face like I would usually get with any other acne tool. I would buy this tool over and over again!
Most Helpful Critical Review Not a blackhead extractor I bought this with the intention of removing a bunch of blackheads that had clustered in one spot after trying new skincare products. Sadly, it doesn't work for that purpose. It's hard to grab ahold of them and pull them out. All it does it cut up my skin since it's so sharp. doesn't even have a good grip either I have better luck popping them out with my nails.
It does, however, work great for the sebum plugs on the nose area (which most people confuse for blackheads) I use it for that purpose since it won't work for my blackheads.

I had another one by another company that I accidentally damaged. The pointy tip on this one is hardly sharp enough to poke a hole without doing more damage to your skin.
Great for whiteheads! 5
ERose from Newark, DE
This dandy tool is great for popping larger pimples and especially whiteheads. I was not able to extract any of my blackheads as advertised. This is a great, clean, way to pop pimples and lessen the risk of infection.
I am so shooketh 5
Semantha1234 from Miami fl
This may be a little TMI but I know we get blackhead in our inner thighs and they are hard to get rid of. But let me tell you this tool right here works magic. It takes the blackhead from the root. I highly recommend it if you have blackheads on any part of your body. The tip is a little pointy but not that much.
Awesome product 5
TeamsterGirl from Long Island
This makes it easy to pop a pimple without ruining your skin
So effective 5
Celly from Troy, MI
This is my second purchase of this tool because I dropped my last one and bent the tip. It helps to pop pimples without putting too much pressure as well as help clear out and clogged pores post shower.
Not helpful 2

Maybe there's a certain way to use it, but I found it didn't help and was painful.
Works great!! 5
Amy from New Mexico
I don't use this tool specifically to remove the blackhead. I use the sharp pointy edged hook to lightly puncture the blackhead to give it an area to come out. Then I lightly squeeze with tissue or cotton pad and the blackhead comes out very easy. No pain whatsoever. Very pleased with the product.
My husband hates it 5
Adrian from TX
I had been looking for one of these extractors for a while. This one does a great job of getting black heads out. I have successfully cleared not only my own but the husband's as well, he was not a fan.
used for white heads 5
Steph from Issaquah
wasn't sure if I was doing it right the whole time, but my chin and nose are incredibly smooth and looks clean.
I tried on my husband for his blackheads but he said it hurt. pain is beauty? I would highly recommend
How? 1
Chelle from PA
I genuinely can't figure out how to use this. Maybe I was looking for something different? But I've found that putting a tissue on my fingers gives me a better amount of pressure than just my bare hands.
Does work but also causes breakouts 3
AJ from Kentucky
I bought this to extract blackheads from my skin. It did an okay job doing that, the issue is that as soon as I used it I instantly got a pimple. I assume this is because squeezing on my skin caused the oils to come to the top causing a pimple. It only lasted a couple of days before going away though.
Confused 3
Idk from CA
Maybe I just don't know how to use this the right way but it either works to get a blackhead out or it destroys my skin and makes the blackhead into a completely full whitehead overnight
Made poorly 1
Nyitalian from Ny
If ulta you want us to use your products make them as good as brand names.with that said, this is made bad.
The ends( points) are too sharp why do that if that isn't the main way to use this.
The sides and bottom are also not smooth, that is the main part.
I am familiar with this type of tool, but I got cut and and scratched with gentle use.
Returning, my recommendation...don't buy when it comes to skin invest in it, buying a more expensive type.
Sliced my index finger open 1
Sammy from Georgia
All of the edges are very sharp not just the pointy end! When I applied slight pressure (on the handle)my index finger was sliced open so deep that when it finally healed my finger print was changed permanently!! I decided to give it another go since I was able to get a few blackheads out the, unfortunately I sliced it open again along with my face! This kind of tool is great but this specific tool needs its edges smoothed out. Invest in a nicer one.
Last resort turned life saver! 5

I have always had trouble with clogged pores and unfortunately I'm a picker. A lot of times I get whiteheads on top of black heads and it makes my face look horrible! I bought this as a last hope and it works like a charm! I even was able to extract stuff from previously picked at spots and when I woke up the next morning it was like they were never there! I do suggest using rubbing alcohol in order to keep it clean but overall totally worth the money!
Very Painful 1
Emma from Moore, Oklahoma
It is very painful! I have very stubborn black heads in my nose. Did not work to get them out. One I got with my fingernails after I couldn't with these. Afterwards, my nose was in pain and little spots were bleeding. Do not recommend. Maybe for white heads on pimples would be better.
Whiteheads 5
Mads from Brigham City
I don't have blackheads but I love it for lancing whiteheads and hormonal cysts
Best TWEEZERS I've tried! 4
Synthetic from NE
This gets 1 star knocked off because I don't use it for what it's labeled for (extracting blackheads); my pores are too small, and I end up tearing my skin if I try.
That said... these work fantastically for a number of other things, and I am very happy that I bought them! If you use the "flat" edge, they're flawless tweezers. I've santized them and used the tip to lance whiteheads. And if you use press-on nails, these made removal so very easy (gently scraped at the glue until the nail came loose).

Handy tool 4
VSM from El Paso
I actually use this tool to help remove or unclog ingrown hairs. This tool is sharp to poke thru and get the hair. I haven't gotten no scars and that's the best part. Clean before and after use with rubbing alchohol to prevent infection.
scratched off my skin 1

Great!! 5
Rooney from Minnesota
I love the shape of this tool, only complaint is it's not as sharp as other tools I've tried.
Not effective 3
rj from riverdale
The edges aren't smoothed so I end up scratching myself a lot. Hard to work with and easy to drop and ruin the structure. Ends are extremely sharp which doesn't seem to fit the rest of the metal. Would not buy again or recommend.
