Really Good Product, But....

I wish it had a bit more suction power. I purchased something similar a few years back, and boy did that one have suction power! Unfortunately, I dropped a small piece of plastic that goes between the filter and the cone, and have not been able to find that piece anywhere. That one had great suctio...n and always pulled out the gunk from ALL my pores! After using it, there was not one blackhead in sight! Basically, I've been trying to find a new one with the same suction power of my previous one, and have been unsuccessful. I will say, if I didn'thave that old one to compare it with, I probably would've given it 5 stars. But this IS a great product! Comes with a variety of suction tips and extra foam filters, way more than my last one did. I love that about it. Also, the ergonomic shape makes it easy to work with. there's a lot to be said for that, especially since I have carpal tunnel in my wrists. Super helpful. I have no issue using it and don'tget much redness, since I've used these before and am used to a stronger suction. The directions are simple, It's easy to use. If you follow the directions, you may be able to diminish the redness, unless you're extremely fair skinned. But even at that, the redness usually dissipates soon after use. I also really like the LCD display. Easy to read. For the absolute best results, I find that the best time to use is immediately after a shower, before applying anything at all to my face. Right after my shower, with the shower steam, my pores are open and easy to work with. If you don'tsteam your face or open your pores prior to use, it may not work as well. I usually use these more for pore cleansing, not so much for the exfoliating, but I'm going to use this one for both. The nano mister is also a nice touch! Also didn'thave that in my old one. All in all, I'm happy with it. Pros: - Rechargeable - Ergonomic shape - Various suction tips - Extra foam filters - Exfoliating tip - Nano mister - Clear LCD function display - Even the instruction manual is better than others. I appreciate that. Cons: - Only con for me, is the slightly lower suction power. But again, only because I had an older one to compare it to. If this is your first time using this type of product, you won'tknow the difference, so you won'tbe missing anything. lol
