Soft and no hair fallouts, loveI have curly frizzy hair and in the winter my hair feels dryer. Tried the shampoo first, left my hair feeling clean. Then followed with this conditioner, left it in for about 2-3 mins then rinsed it out. Instantly I felt that my hair was soft. **also would like to point out that when I rinse out the conditioner I brush out my hair too. Didn't experience any hair fallouts. Which some conditioners give me.Packaging is terrible and exclusionaryI would love to be able to review this product properly having used it twice and enjoyed the results so far. But I can't keep using this or the shampoo as the bottles are impossible to use. I have to pre decant it prior to entering the shower.andnits just too much work. I honestly have no idea how this packaging passed any sort of release. It's so hard and impractical. There must be so much wasted product! And for anyone with arthritis or really any type of differing ability to grip this packaging is impossible to use. So disappointed especially as skin care is so easy to use and to see the product left. Even the tubed skin care is soft and easy to handle. Please do better The Ordinary

If you have seborrheic dermatitis don't now use this

I have seborrheic dermatitis and I wanted to try this out thinking it would help. I was wrong, I used it for 2 weeks however I had to immediately stop because it made my hair itch like crazy and flake really bad it even gave me painful pimples on my head.

I never write reviews for things. This is THE BEST shampoo and conditioner I have EVER used. I have fine and medium thin hair. this makes my hair so shiny, voluminous, and bouncy. My hair feels 10x thicker. For people with fine hair — dont fall for the "sulfate free" gimmick. We need a deep cleanse to rid our hair of oils/product and give it bounce!! If they ever discontinue this I will cry!
