AM REGIMEN:

Step 1: Exfoliate/Cleanse
Cranberry Gommage: Place 1 teaspoon of exfoliating gommage in the palm of hand. Add a few drops of water, then mix and apply to damp face, neck and décolleté. Gently exfoliate, then rinse. Use gommage 3-4 time a week, after having used PM Blemish Lotion the previous night. On alternate days, use Raspberry Clarifying Bar.

Step 2: Hydrate
AM Blemish Lotion: Use daily: Apply a thin layer to problem areas. Leave on skin. Use sparingly. Follow with hydrator as needed.

Step 3: Protect
Tabula Rasa: Use in AM as needed: Apply sparingly with a cotton pad to problem areas.

PM REGIMEN

Step 4: Cleanse/Tone
Raspberry Clarifying Bar: Use daily: Apply to wet face with light, upward and outward circles. Rinse well. Can be alternated with Toner Tea Bar or White Tea Purifying Cleanser.

Step 5: Regenerate
PM Blemish Lotion: Use 3-4 times a week: Apply a thin layer to problem areas. Leave on skin. Use sparingly. Follow with hydrator.
