Most Helpful Positive Review So so good! I've used other oils in the past but this oil trumps all of them. Don't let the green color throw you off, this stuff is amazing. And I'm not sure if it's directly attributed to this oil, but I swear ever since I started using this oil, my baby hairs along my hairline have been growing like crazy. I had this annoying patch of baby hair that was longer than all the rest of my baby hairs, but not long enough to blend with the rest of my hair. I'd always have to slick it back with some hairspray and pray it didn't spring back out, but when I started using this oil, it grew like three inches in length and now blends with the rest of my hair. I have some tension alopecia along one area of my hairline as well, and out of curiosity I started applying the oil to that area and new growth started coming in! I didn't purchase this oil with this intention but honey lord knows I love a multitasking product.
Most Helpful Critical Review I won't be purchasing this product again I was excited to try this new product, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. Prior to using this oil, I had smooth skin and simply wanted to use something to hydrate my face. However, I used this product once, and it immediately made my skin red, itchy, and bumpy.

I am on a retinol regimen and this has stopped the flaking in 3 days! I use it at night over my moisturizer and it has made all the difference. I have sensitive skin and this has not bothered it at all, in fact it has reduced my redness so much I barely need concealer any more, after 3 days. I can't wait to see how my skin improves long term..

I use a lot of The Ordinary products, and this fits into my routine. I will definitely be buying it again. I use it most evenings and wake up with super hydrated skin. I hate how dry my skin can feel in the morning during winter and using this along with a humidifier overnight has been a game changer for me. (I have combo skin.) The ocean-y smell that some folks mentioned doesn't bother me.

I may be 53, but I still have oily skin but know that it is essential at this age to implement a good moisturizing routine. I use this product at night only and am mind blown by how truly wonderful it works. I am a Molecular Biologist love facts!!!!!

Ok, first off...this oil is a dark mossy green. It smells a bit like dirt and moss to me. It does cover areas well, I have used it on my face, hands, legs. This time of year my lower leg skin will literally crack, as will my hands and feet. I use this oil along with squalane and it keeps my skin healthy and doesn't allow it to dry out. It does take a couple minutes to absorb though, fyi.
I use it on my face at nights on the nights I don't use a retinol. It keeps my skin soft. I do use other Ordinary products as well. I haven't found one yet that I don't like.

I have never experienced this w a product before. The strong smell (fishy) is vomitt-inducing. I was able to use it twice (gagging the entire time) and the second time threw it out because it's seriously disgusting. Can't speak to the product quality sadly.

Sits on top of skin and never sinks in. Doesn't add any nice moisture either - just an oily layer on dry skin.

I have dry, sensitive, rosacea prone skin. I mix a few drops of this into my moisturizer at night and my skin is soft and hydrated in the morning. I also sometimes use it during the day, if I will be outdoors in the weather. It is lighter than other oils I have tried. It does have an odd smell, but that goes away quickly.

I've been using this for a few months. I add few drops to my moisturizer along with pycnogenol and all I can say is WOW. My skin loves it and give me a beautiful glow.

This is is a lighter oil with a nice texture. The smell is a little odd (like algae?) but I don't mind it. Locked in moisture nicely, would buy again.

I love this oil. It has a strange smell but other than that I use it day and night to lock in my other products. I live in a very very dry climate this oil just might be my holy grail. My husband comments after every use how soft my skin feels. We love that for me.

It does smell like spinach to me. However! It's better than the other facial oils the ordinary carries. Doesn't break me out and works great with all of the skincare faves. Definitely recommend!
