HOW TO APPLY:
- Only twist out a small amount (1/2mm) before use.
- The pencil retracts, the lead itself does not, so a little goes a long way.
- Use featherlight pressure when applying.
- Hold towards the bottom of the pencil to ensure ease, control, and light pressure.
- Apply with the tip facing down and hold at a 45-degree angle.
- Starting at the end of the brow, apply hair-like strokes in the direction of hair growth to get used to the amount of pressure to apply.
- Apply hair-like strokes starting at the base of the brow and glide upwards.
- Continue applying hair-like strokes throughout the brow, focusing on sparse areas.
- Blend as you go for a natural finish.
PRO TIPS:
- Use 1 shade lighter throughout the brow and 1 shade deeper in areas where you are most sparse to create a dimensional look.
- Use 1 shade lighter in the front of the brow, and 1 shade deeper from the arch to the end of the brow.
- Use the spoolie brush to fix any mistakes.
- Use the tip for thinner lines and the base for fuller lines.
- Can be used to color correct micro-bladed brows.
- Select a shade closest to your natural hair color.
- For extreme-sparse and over-tweezed brows, fill brows first with products like Brow Powder Duo or Brow Definer to create a soft background color and shape.
- Remove with a long-wearing makeup remover.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This eyebrow pencil is great because it goes on very easily and is buildable. It also does not create a mess to clean up when done with your eyebrows. I do wish there was a cap but I still love this pencil!
Worst brow product I've ever used
I love Anastasia brow products but this one breaks off in little pieces every time I use it. Doesn't matter how far I extend the pencil it just falls apart and makes a total mess on my vanity. Maybe the pencil is to dry?? No idea but the product is used up after a little over a week....most of it went to waste. Do not buy this product.....everything else from Anastasia is great but this pencil needs work.

Precise and well-designed brown pencil
I appreciate how easy it is to control the amount of product that this brow pencil dispenses. You can make very precise smaller strokes and also wider sweeps to fill in bigger spots in the brow. Granite is a good neutral/cool toned shade for darker brows which can sometimes be hard to find. Love the precision this brow pencil offers.
