Gently massage into wet scalp, focusing on areas with flaking or irritation. Leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Use 3-4 times per week or as needed. For best results, pair with Nourishing Conditioner and Restoring Serum.

I used this twice and the second time kept it on for 2 minutes like the bottles says. My scalp is so much more irritated to the point it's waking me up at night. Definitely not a great product for me!

I debated between 3 and 4 stars. I ended up giving 4 because this has really helped my sebbhoric dermititis. It isn't in remission, but it has helped a ton with the severe itching, flaking etc. I use it in conjunction with T Sal and alternate every day. If you have curly hair, you need to decide between relief from seb derm or great curls. This stuff is HORRIBLE for curly hair. It stripped all moisture from my hair and makes it feel like straw. Super frizzy, dry, flat, zero bounce and terrible looking. For me I am sticking with it because my seb derm was severe and I was desperate for relief. DEFINITELY get the scrub brush, it's awesome!
