I just started using this blemish gel. It hasn't dried out my skin like other blemish treatments. I have mild adult acne breakouts occasionally and so far this product has worked great.
A good spot treatment is necessary for anyone (teen or adult) that ever gets acne blemishes. In terms of reducing the severity and duration of blemishes and breakouts, this product just doesn't cut it. I get occasional hormonal adult acne around the chin and jaw, and rely regularly on spot treatments to manage these mild breakouts. Skyn Iceland's Anti-Blemish Gel just doesn't work. It includes a number of gentle, hydrating ingredients that keep it from irritating the skin or stinging any broken skin, but the acne-fighting salicylic acid in the Willow Bark just doesn't cut it. Even other spot treatments with salicylic acid are more effective, and sulfur-based treatments have (in my experience) worked far better. Skyn Iceland has an impressive range of skincare products, but this one is definitely a dud.

Whether left on for 20 minutes or 5 minutes, it made my blemish turn into a scab that took forever to heal (weeks!!) I don't consider myself to have sensitive skin, so I was very disappointed with this product.

I put this on when I saw a huge pimple forming under my skin. It was completely gone the next morning. I don't understand how it worked that fast, but it did.

I use this gel in the pm as the last step in my routine (even after heavy sleeping packs) and my skin looks much better in the morning! It helps a lot with whiteheads and the mean deep big pimples. Pros: the small tube lasts forever. The gel is invisible what I really like. It takes me 3-5 days to get rid of pustules and cystic acne (without the gel it takes 2-3 weeks) Cons: I can't wear it under makeup because it starts to peel of when I buff in my foundation. I don't like the packaging. It's not easy to get the right amount and the gel always slightly leaks at the tip.

there were mixed reviews but I still went for it. my skin is almost clear after one week! before it seemed like every pore had some sort of blemish or discoloration... I got the face wash along with this and the night cream and my skin hasnt been this beautiful in months. (I have hormonal and cystic acne!)

I don't have severe acne but tend to get black/whiteheads all over my nose, and the occasional pimple. A few weeks ago I started noticing blackheads reappearing on my nose, and then realized I had forgotten to use this for almost a week. After just a couple days of use, my nose was smooth and pores were minimized. When a breakout does pop up, I use this before bed and within one day the breakout is minimized, and two days its fully gone. Also a little goes a long way so it lasts forever!

Sweepstakes entry - This product worked exactly as I imagined. Eased the redness, inflammation, and was refreshing. I would suggest to those with moderate to minimal acne use this product.

I use the product twice a day to help get rid of those links that just seem to hang and chill forever. What makes this product so great is that nothing the doctor gave me worked like this product does. Things that aren't great about it is the size of the bottle. I would like the option to buy a bigger size.

I was a bit disappointed as I love Skyn's fresh start mask, but this blemish gel did very little. On the goodside it reduces inflammation and redness but did nothing to shorten the lifespan of a pimple.
