Most Helpful Positive Review Fantastic daily SPF moisturizer
I recently purchased this again after a few years of using other cheaper SPF moisturizers. This lotion goes on nicely, leaving your face velvety feeling and not greasy. I have acne prone skin and have developed some melasma from the sun as well as pregnancy - this lotion actually makes my skin look a little clearer and definitely does not produce any acne/blemishes. It really provides great sun coverage without that "ghost white" appearance some other lotions leave.
Totally worth the money...and by the way, someone mentioned it makes their eyes sting and the lotion settles in the creases of their eyelids - this lotion is not to be used as eye cream (as stated on their warning label).
Most Helpful Critical Review It is okay
I chose this sunscreen because I could use it on my face as well as my body. I put it on in the morning and keep well away from my eyes but by the middle of the day my eyes are watering and they sting until I wash it off. Also it makes my face greasy.

I like the light weight solution, but it is easy to have white precipitation.
Overall it's good so far

If you are looking for smooth texture sunscreen, this would be ideal sunscreen.
I like it to use as a base before the foundation but after skin cares.
I received this as

I received this as a sample and was able to get an entire week use out of it. And I used it twice-daily. It goes on so beautifully silky and doesn't feel greasy or oily at all. It absorbs into your skin nicely and get protected by skin from the hot sun rays here in South Carolina. I will definitely be purchasing this. It has a wonderful light pleasant scent and it just actually felt good putting it on oh, it was like putting on another moisturizer.

This is my second time purchasing Anthelios Melt-In Milk Sunscreen. I love that it has no scent and is non irritating on my sensitive skin. Another plus is that a little goes a very long way, which justifies the cost in my opinion. The only thing i don't like is that you have to be careful how much you squeeze the tube as it's a very milky formula and will dispense a large quantity if you are not careful.
Anthelios Melt-In Sunscreen is the best !

Excellent product. I love the way the Anthelios Melt-In Milk Suncreen really does melt into the pores on my skin. I work outdoors in South Florida and the sun here is very intense and know I use this 60 SPF protection.
Wanted to love it, but I'll try to find something else

The description says that it has a velvety smooth feel but my product is liquid-y with beady lumps that have a waxy texture. Sometimes it clogs the dispenser. When I rub my hands together they dissolve, but I didn't know if this was normal so I came here to see if it was. Seems like I got a defective product, which was pretty disappointing.
Going off of what I got: the white cast is really noticeable on my tan skin, it stings eyes a bit, it has a greasy feel and makes your face really shiny, it doesn't have a smell, and it feels like it gives good sun protection.

This sunscreen is one of my top 3 favorite sunscreens! The only reason I stopped using it was because I didn't want to spend so much on a sunscreen! But the time I did use it, it worked great:) it really leaves your skin hydrated !!:)
Melt in really does melt in

I run 3 times a week & am very fair . This melt in works great & does not burn my eyes when I sweat. I also wear it under makeup!

I had hoped that this would melt in more but it doesn't. It leaves a whitish cast on my face and leaves a definite film on my face. I gave it 2 stars b/c it does not have a scent and it prevents sun damage but it won't be a repeat purchase.

my least favorite for the face but i don't mind using it elsewhere on the body. pills with makeup too it seems no matter how long i wait in between.

I love to take care of my skin and this is my fav! Sunscreen ever, it has a delicate natural scent, doesn't damage my bathing suits or cloths and the skin looks so beautiful under the sun without signs of sunburn!

I really trust La Roche Posay because I have heard great reviews about their sunscreens and I personally love their foaming cleanser. Upon reading the reviews for this sunscreen, I decided to go ahead with the purchase and was disappointed. This has a terrible white cast (I am a medium tan) and pills with my other skincare. A few hours later the sunscreen seemed to be creasing in my fine lines (forehead lines, neck lines, & smile lines) and was visibly white/could be rubbed off. It made me feel very greasy (lotion consistency) and I overall did not like it. I'm sure it provides great protection from the sun (great ingredients/company) but all the things I listed are deal breakers.
White cast, not easily to va absorbed

At first it feel greasy, then take a long time to be absorbed, leave a white cast. Won't buy it
I'm still in search
katimus528 from undisclosed
I'm still in search for my Holy Grail sunscreen! I judge by white cast, pilling, how heavy it is, how high the SPF is, if it burns your eyes, and how easy it is to reapply. Today I used La Roche-Posay Anthelios Melt-In Sunscreen Milk SPF 60. This picture was taken 10 mins after a second application. There was barely any white cast for me. It sunk into my skin fairly quickly, but it does feel pretty heavy on my face. I had zero pilling during my second application, which is pretty impressive because I use a LOT of sunscreen each time. The SPF is wonderful! The negatives (the reason I took 2 stars away) is that this BURNS if you even get it near your eyes. It's also pretty sticky all day long, and leaves a "dewy" residue. I prefer lighter weight sunscreens that leave a matte finish, however, if you like the dewy look... this could be the product for you! I will be using this on my arms instead of my face.

Cap broke on first use and it pilled within an hour of application.
Would not buy it again-Stings the eyes and Pills like Crazy
Velma from Houston, TX
I bought this sunscreen on Dr.Dray's recommendation and wanted to love it so so much. I am a brown skin girl (Indian) with dry - normal skin and always look out for a good affordable sunscreen with no white cast and easy to reapply. This is quite the opposite. It pills pretty badly - leaves a very sticky feeling after the application which makes it extremely hard to reapply because by then all the dirt would be stuck to your face already.
The worst of all is it makes my eyes sting like crazy. My eyes tear up straight for atleast 5-10 mins after applying.
I am still in search for a good affordable sunscreen as sunscreen is something that gets the maximun usage of all the skincare products and I want to reapply it without being concerned of how much am I using and would it bankrupt me. Open to any good sunscreen recommendations.
Love this stuff.

I have been using now for two weeks, and it is a dream. I have very sensitive skin, and have never been able to use anything with my foundation, this stuff is magic.. Thank you.
Great for sensitive skin but is kind of sticky
CurlyFries from Austin, TX
I like to use this for my face. I've not felt my skin has burnt from the sun as a result. Compared to other sunscreens, I would say this is good for its value, and you don't have to worry about white cast. One thing I dislike about this sunscreen is that it does leave behind a slightly sticky residue, to the point where some strands of hair will stick to my face or my neck. Otherwise, I do like that it doesn't sting my face, unlike the LRP Cooling Water SPF 60 sunscreen.
Great all purpose sunblock

Light & milky, absorbs well and very effective at sun protection.
Best sunscreen ever!

Non-greasy, fast absorbing and unscented — And it really works well! I love this sunscreen.
Hi from California
I love how dewy and supple it makes my skin look, but you have to work it fast onto the skin or else it starts pilling. It's also streaky after a few minutes. It's easy to get rid of the pilling and streaks by just dabbing onto the skin, but it is annoying to constantly do it over and over.
I will buy this product again

Awesome product I used different brands and would sting my eyes and face. This product blended in seamlessly and no stinging yay!!

Too heavy for my face. Feels greasy, and as if it is sitting on top of my skin rather than sinking in.
