idk why there are reviews that say "worst eyeliner ever" because this is my ultimate favorite and new go-to. I've been using liquid eyeliners like katVD tattoo because I need something that won't fall off my oily face, and this is it. It gliiiiides on, and allows me to smudge a little and get a smokey effect, and stayed PERFECTLY throughout my 8-her greasy restaurant shift. At night when I washed my face, I got my eyes plenty wet and it still wasn't running down my face. the one I have is this deep charcoal-purply toned black that makes my light brown eyes POP, it is gorgeous. if you're looking for a seamless perfectly cut "sharpie" type liner look, this isn't the product for that. this is more for a soft-edged yet bold liner look. but I'm telling you, I work in a greasy restaurant and this did not move!!!! 10 stars if i could

This eyeliner is so smooth and not dry compared to other high end eyeliners, and yet stays really well without looking cakey or weird. And the little sharpener in the bottom is great for reshaping the pencil tip.

This in my favorite eyeliner! I can't use liquid eyeliner and this is by far the best retractable pencil eyeliner ever! Stays on all day, doesn't smudge and doesn't transfer! Also goes on super smooth and even! TRY IT! 💜

I bought 3 of these eyeliners after trying one some time ago. Ulta used to carry more colors, so I still have the brown, plum and light gold ones. these are the absolute best eyeliners on the market, and the price is insane. The gold one, sadly no longer available here, is spectacular as a waterline pencil, the brown is my go to every day eyeliner, the plum is spectacular as well. the formula is opaque, soft, doesn't tug on the delicate eyelid area, easy to smudge for a minute or so then sets solid for all day wear. These cheap pencils will beat Urban Decay like no other. One huge drawback is lack of color selection.
