This eyeliner is so smooth and not dry compared to other high end eyeliners, and yet stays really well without looking cakey or weird. And the little sharpener in the bottom is great for reshaping the pencil tip.

This in my favorite eyeliner! I can't use liquid eyeliner and this is by far the best retractable pencil eyeliner ever! Stays on all day, doesn't smudge and doesn't transfer! Also goes on super smooth and even! TRY IT! 💜

I bought 3 of these eyeliners after trying one some time ago. Ulta used to carry more colors, so I still have the brown, plum and light gold ones. these are the absolute best eyeliners on the market, and the price is insane. The gold one, sadly no longer available here, is spectacular as a waterline pencil, the brown is my go to every day eyeliner, the plum is spectacular as well. the formula is opaque, soft, doesn't tug on the delicate eyelid area, easy to smudge for a minute or so then sets solid for all day wear. These cheap pencils will beat Urban Decay like no other. One huge drawback is lack of color selection.

I received this in an Ipsy glam bag and didn't expect much. As someone with natural blonde hair, my lashes and lash line look completely free of hair if I don't have liner or mascara on, and liner is part of my daily routine. I've tried many of she high end brands, and now prefer this over every single one of them. The formula is smooth without being too thin, the color payoff is great, and the product is easy to smudge upon application but stays put all day and doesn't creep into my fine lines or transfer at all onto my hooded lids that are often oily in the summer. For me, I don't need a super sharp precise tip so the no-sharpener-needed style (which this is) is my preference. This liner is a home run as far as performance, and the price is such a steal. I'll be buying this again and again- my only complaint is that they need more colors!
