They Changed The Smell
This was my go to leave in conditioner. The texture is still the same and I haven't noticed any damage to my hair but they change the formula and now it smells gross.

I have medium porosity and get build up and hard frizzy hair if my hair isn't clean (but still softened), so I use it as a second shampoo, and my hair comes out soft, clumped and black. Hair in my household ranges from African American dry 3b-4b. I have the coiliest hair. Hopefully, this helps clarify why the shampoo works well for some but not others.
