Most Helpful Positive Review I am surprised by how much I like this lipstick! I didn't necessarily expect to love this lipstick, or for it to be anything very special or very different. I had never worn any L'Oreal Age Perfect product before, so this was my first experience with the line. I liked the color of this lipstick; that's why I chose it. However, it has become my go-to lip color, not just for the color itself, but for the hydrating core of nourishing serum in the middle of it. It's awesome!
What I love about it is that I can apply it when I finish my makeup (I always do lips last) and head out for the day and know that, at least until after lunchtime, I don't need to check my lips or reapply balm or anything. It is very hydrating, so it glides onto my lips beautifully, smoothly. It is heavier than a lip balm and it does have a little bit of a 'lipstick smell', which I would be happy to do without. But the color (Beautiful Rosewood) is gorgeous! Overall, both the color and the hydration look good and last long. Even the case is sort of satisfying. It feels good in my hand, I like the *click* I hear when I close it, and there's a small gold mirror panel on the end to assist occasional touch-ups. It's a great lipstick! I would recommend this lipstick to regular makeup wearers, as well as those who are more hesitant to wear lip color, because it's light enough that you can forget you're wearing it pretty easily.
Most Helpful Critical Review Retro lipstick The lipstick comes in a beautiful color and is very moist and smooth. The packaging is beautiful. When looking at the lipstick the outer layer is the color the inner layer is a clear moisturizer. The moisturizer wears down quickly compared to the color. What I don't like it the chemical flavor and that the color bleeds very easily. Even with a liner it smears and bleeds almost instantly. It reminds me of the lipsticks that my grandmother had when I was young.

The Beautiful Rosewood is a very pretty color, kind of a fuchsia. But I'm undecided if the lipstick is as hydrating as I think it should be. And then of course the smell is weird, like some kind of cherry candy or something. So I'd be tempted to try other colors, but the smell is probably the thing that would make me cautious about purchasing another.

These lipsticks are very moisturizing and don't bleed into the lines around my lips. I would say that the ones I own are moderately-pigmented. They enhance my lips while still making them look natural.

This lipstick is just ok for me. It's more like a chapstick than a lipstick. The color is very faint and doesn't last very long. It is extremely moisturizing all day long though.

Very easy to apply was previously using two lipsticks one for color and one for moisture not anymore this does it all. No bleeding and leaves a bit of color even when it time to apply.

I really like this Loreal age perfect makeup luminous hydrating lipstick +nourishing serum. Very soft and creamy lipstick that does not dry out my lips and the color last. I am very impressed with this lipstick and plan to purchase again in another color. I recommend this for anyone and it is a fabulous lipstick.

I am very disappointed in this product, it made my lips dry and the winkles in my lips worse. I would need to layer my lips with Vaseline before using this to not dry out my lips. Wish I had not purchased

I bought this in Beautiful Rosewood and it didn't look good on me. The color looks rosy pink in the tube but looks more peachy on my lips. Also, my lips are very dry and I didn't find this lipstick to be all that moisturizing. I like the L'Oreal Shine lipstick much better. Will keep this for a spare.

I loved the way the lipstick was very smooth and moisturizing, the color was very pretty as well and very light. Did not last very long and wiped off easily.
