Most Helpful Positive Review This works for me! So I've read that this only works on oozing zits or something like that. That may be true for some people, but not me. I have cystic, nodular acne and I use this product for that. This works on my zits that are not popped at the time of application. I put these patches on each cyst and it definitely pulls the Whitehead up to the surface for me so I can actually pop them. Otherwise, they can just remain a huge bump on my face for weeks. This product reduces the number of days I have to deal with a cyst. It also works great once I have popped a pimple.
I wear these overnight and have been using them for a few weeks. I have been dealing with cystic acne for 20 years and there is a noticeable difference in my healing time. My only complaint is that these don't also come in a larger size because some of mine are so huge and could benefit from something like that. I guess I can buy the bandages, but those aren't this cute. The butterflies are the cutest and they are pretty big.
Oh, I've also tried The Creme Shop's version of these and the BH cosmetics ones are much bigger and nicer. If you have tiny pimples, I'd recommend The Creme Shop ones.
Most Helpful Critical Review Disappointed I love a good pimple patch. So when the trend of making pimple patches cute came along I was thrilled. These are admittedly extremely cute and there are loads of designs to choose from. This is about the only plus as I found that the adhesion is incredibly lacking. I could not get one of these to stay on long enough to have any opinion of their efficacy. They are not as soft and flexible as other patches I have used and I believe this to be part of the problem. When I put these on any part of my face that has a lot of contour and movement (such as anywhere around the mouth) they fell off in about five minutes. The adhesive is weak as well. I could not get one to stay on my forehead for more than a couple hours. These were used on clean, dry, product free skin so I am seriously baffled.

This just didn't work. This was my first time using pimple patches and I was sadly disappointed. I tried multiple times to see if I was doing it wrong as I said it was my first time, but they just didn't stick well and didn't remove a pimple. I was very dissatisfied as the designs were so adorable but I would not recommend this product if you're trying to get rid of acne.

I got the pack with the butterflies, flowers, and hearts. The hearts and flowers are easy to apply but God help you if you have to put on a butterfly. I either had to cut those suckers in half or jigsaw my way around my acne. These work on recently popped or underlying acne. HOWEVER, your acne has to be particularly oozey (gross) for these patches to work. They stuck on the entire night and are great for protecting against dirt & bacteria but that's all I got out of them. Hit or miss on it diminished the size of my pimple but it didn't make it any worse!

super cute patches and work when they stay on. these only fall off when i put them on my chin, otherwise they stay fine. i take a q tip and lightly brush it against the pimple after i take the patch off to get the puss off. that step is CRUCIAL. these don't leave scars also!

I have used many acne patches and nothing compares to the mighty patch. Don't waste your money on these. They are only for show.

these are the best pimple patches I've used so far and especially for the price and quantity, however the butterflys I had to cut and used for smaller spots because they didn't stick very long as a whole

It says on the how to use that it isn't meant to treat the pimple / acne. It's just meant to keep it clean. Those of who thought this treated the pimple will be disappointed.

save your money, the truly stars are way better I tried these because they were a good price and didn't see any others. they fall off really easily and they don't pull as much fluid out as the other ones I've used.

these don't do anything more than a regular sticker would. these are literally just cute shaped stickers you could get at the craft store. they don't do literally anything. save your money!

I got the pack with suns, moons, and clouds. The suns and moons were good, stuck in firmly and seemed to help with pimples, though perhaps not quite as effectively as other brands', but the clouds seemed to made of an entirely different material that did not stick well and didn't seem to make any difference to the pimple.

these are some of the cutest pimple patches I've ever seen, but I'm not really using pimple patches for the aesthetic. the holo ones don't even stick to my face. the sun and moon patches stick, but don't do anything. I feel like I could probably get the same result just sticking some regular stickers on my face. I've tried them on all different types of acne (cystic, white heads, ect) and left them on for 5-10 hours but they didn't help at all.

Unfortunately whatever material these are made of don't conform well to acne bumps or curved areas of the face and fall off really easily. Cosrx and others are so much better

They definitely work. My pimples had to look like they were ready to pop, though. OR they were already popped. It reduced a lot of swelling overnight. I did have to cut the butterfly patches in the middle only because they took up too much space and it was disproportionate. Other than that, it's definitely a great buy.

These bad boys work, i wish i would've found them sooner! They actually stay on my face without falling off. Those painful, itching, swelling pimples are completely minimized and gone within a couple of days. I feel so much better about my appearance knowing i don't need to cake my face with makeup to camouflage my ugly pimples.

I thought this would work as some kind of spot treatment to help get rid of pimples as you felt them coming on, as well as to cover them while they shrink in size, but that simply isn't the case. These are more so for if you've popped a pimple already and need to cover it while it heals, and I want to avoid popping pimples, so these aren't really doing anything to help with my acne. And I'm only really just now realizing that from the online description which blatantly says that these aren't meant to treat acne at all, compared to the packaging itself (which has that little disclaimer in small print jumbled among an ingredients list) when I picked it up in stores. These are cute if you need to cover a popped pimple though *shrug*

I see the comments on here of people saying these don't work. So, the reason it doesn't work is only when you apply this to a blackhead or acne that is "under the skin." These work when you apply to acne that has a white head or apply after trying to pop but not being able to get everything out. Hope this helps! I def recommend these to everyone. I apply them at night then by the next morning my acne has improved. 😊

These are cute and work as well as the cosrx patches on small white pustules. They are very thin so I dont know how well theyd be on bigger cystic acne.
