Most Helpful Positive Review Exactly as advertised- love it!!! this product is exactly as advertised. it is very difficult finding products that are deemed "safe" to use while pregnant (I still use my salycic acid toner- topical use in toner has not been shown to have any detrimental effect). i usually hate the "all natural" products because it has never worked for me. the product smells like tea tree oil so as expected. I use it twice a day under moisturizer. the description does warn about dryness, which I expected. the dryness is not that bad when coupled with a decent moisturizer and the weekly moisturizing sheet mask. but my breakouts have almost all gone away and I have had no new breakouts. i've been using it for about 10 days. i noticed results almost immediately.
Most Helpful Critical Review Works well, Smells Awful I was really concerned after my dermatologist said I had to stop using majority of my acne medications after getting pregnant. My skin actually didn't start breaking out a lot, but I still needed a spot treatment. I was very happy to find this line. This product works well as a spot treatment. I can't use it every single day all over my face because it dries my skin out a bit. The biggest downfall, though, is that it smells terrible. Not even in an over chemical way or an over perfume way. It's hard for me to describe the smell, just that it is terrible. I wish they would change the scent because as you know, sometimes smells can really bother pregnant women.

Since I got pregnant I have had this colony of pimples on my face that I can't seem to get rid of. I started using this and it's doing wonders clearing it up. My only complaint is the smell. It's an odd smell that lingers.
Works but strong smell 2
NF from Texas
I wish this came in the form of a sulfur face wash or face soap that I could use daily but wash off. The smell is so strong and stays on the face since it is a treatment lotion. The smell wasn't too bad until I started getting morning sickness. Now, I can't stand the smell at all.
I'm still using it postpartum 5
Missy from To
I purchased this when I was 3 months pregnant, while developing some serious cystic acne. I tried all the things that were safe before this and this only worked. I still used it now 7 months postpartum l, it takes a bit to work but honestly I don't think I'll go back to another product. I'm not fan of the smell but I use the tiniest amount and that seems to help.
The only thing that is safe and actually works 4
productjunkie from Denver, CO
Writing this review after ordering a second bottle. This is the only product I've found so far that works and is absolutely safe. Other sulfur-based products don't seem to have the same effect. I agree with other reviewers that the product is drying, but I'm willing to deal with dry skin in exchange for having some control over my breakouts.
Great 4

I would highly recommend this product to someone with minimal/moderate acne due to the fact that I'm not sure how it would help someone with severe or cystic acne. Although the product in itself is great because it dries out blemishes overnight; it dries out the skin and smells bad. In regards to quantity, I would say it's perfect for someone that has minimal or moderate acne and only applies a small amount to the affected area.
Waste of money 1
Van from LA
I purchased this together with the facial cleanser and for 2 weeks of continuous use..sadly it didnt work at all. Also I dont like the smell of this acne spot treatment and its kind of hard to apply. Really disappointed.
ok 3

I felt like the product works but it takes awhile. I would put this on twice a day, once in the morning and once at night and I felt like it took forever for acne to go away. I think I needed a stronger formula.
Yeah, um, no 2

I bought this as a bundle from the Belli website with the acne wash, scrub and moisturizer. I was beyond disappointed with this product. I ran out of it quicker than the rest of the products and re-purchased through Ulta. It reeks of sulfur and you don't get enough product for the price. Save your money on this one.
Effective. 5

I love this product. It clears my skin without irritating it or over-drying it.
Works Well 5

I began to see results in a week. I use it 2-3 times a day. A little goes a long way! Yes, it has a slight smell, but it's not bad. Nobody else can smell you. I promise! You definitely want to use a moisturizer (I use their facial hydrator). I've been beyond satisfied. Highly recommend!

This works ok. Not as effective as I'd like as it takes forever for a zit to disappear when using this.
great product- very effective 4

follow up review from before- I am re-buying this spot treatment. I have used it for breakouts on my chest and shoulders and it is great. as for the smelly reviews- it smells like tea tree oil, this is the active ingredient in the product and its medicine-y and close to eucalyptus but not horrible if you understand what you are getting. most natural acne product have tea tree oil and smell like this.
I would caution that it can be drying. I do occasionally use it twice a day and i overused it at first. so be careful with this product. I would recommend using it sparingly and if you dry out like i did, take it down to once a day or even every other day. that said if you use a Q-tip on a small spot it will dry it up pretty quick. great product

Helps improve blemishes 5
LC from AZ
I used this for myself when my skin broke out really badly suddenly. I basically had clustered welts on my cheeks and so I bought this and it helped tremendously. It even helped with the spots and blemishes once my face cleared back up. Then my boyfriend's little sister was breaking out so I bought her one and it also helped her face. I would recommend giving it a try if you've already tried other products that don't work. A little goes a long way with this product. I also do agree that it has a smell to it, but I got used to it and didn't feel it smelt as bad as some users felt.
Smells SOO BAD I can't even tell you if it works or not! 1
amy from Morristown, NJ
This products smells SO BAD I can't even tell you if it works or not because I was only able to wear it twice! I bought off the Belli website and hope they will refund me my money because it's not cheap! The best way I can describe it is it smells like burnt hair. So not worth it. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this garbage! On a side note, I also have the face wash and the glow moisturizer and those are ok-they smell fine but this is just gross.

I'm using this while trying to get pregnant. I will use it even after I have a baby. It has eliminated my oily skin by at least 90%!
