Use every morning and evening. Shake bottle well before use. Wet face, then work a dime-size amount into a lather. Gently massage, avoiding the eye area. Rinse well.

Nice but mixed results
Okay this cleanser definitely helps to control oil, havent seen HUGE reduction in acne yet though. I used it on my back and chest with an exfoliating brush for about a month and it did help to *reduce* adult acne on my back. It definitely helps to control oil on my face. Ive mostly been trying it on my face during my mid-cycle when I tend to be very oily as other times it can be very drying since I am also using prescription topicals too. It helps with the oil but jury is still out if it helps deep seeded hormonal acne (which is what I have).
