Most Helpful Positive Review Fabulous Face Wash! I have written a review for this face wash about 1 month ago but, I wanted to update my review. I have been using this face wash for about 4-5 months now and it has made a huge impact on my complexion. I am a 39 year old woman with a history of acne. I have had acne since I was in my early teens and have had adult acne for most of my adult life. The only thing that has cleared up my skin in the past was prescribed medications (both oral and topical). As I get older, I want to put less harmful remedies in my body and on my skin so the more natural, the better for me. The A Perfect World White Tea cleanser has cleared my skin and has kept it clear. I can not say enough good things about this wash. It is a savior for me! My acne has completely cleared. The cleanser has also been helping with reducing my redness and acne scars. I highly recommend this cleanser if you have acne prone skin. It is light, smells nice, and well worth the price! A little goes a long way.
I also use for Origins products (that do not irritate my skin or make me break out)- A Perfect World 25 spf white tea moisturizer, Night-A-Mins oil-free moisturizer (for night), A Perfect World eye cream, and A Perfect World Anti-aging lotion (the toner), and the charcoal mask. For Makup: The Skin Tone Correcting Brighter By Nature Makeup and the Smarty Pants Skin Correcting CC Cream. You can see that I love Origins products and that is all I put on my face!
Most Helpful Critical Review Not for nomal or dry sensitive skin!!!!! This product completely through my skin off, it is very harsh. It works wonderfully and maybe as well as dermatologist prescribed products to get rid of blemishes and clogged pores, that's how serious this stuff is. But unlike dermatologist prescribed products, it will kill your skins natural barrier. After using this for a couple of weeks I was left with dry patches on my cheeks, literally like someone swiped red lipstick on my cheek. If you are looking for something gently, this doesn't even come close.

I have very bad patches of acne around my chin/lower lip area and I've struggled to find cleansers that actually help it because most just end up making them flare up painfully or strip my skin with too harsh ingredients. This cleanser has honestly helped those painful acne patches so much, more than any other product I've tried. It's very gentle, doesn't lather too much but you can really feel it gently cleaning in the best way possible. If you struggle with painful acne in the same spots and haven't found a product to help, this is seriously worth trying (and bonus points for not being harsh!! So many products that are targeted at acne like mine are way too harsh)

Call it a forgotten favorite. This is the most gentle cleanser and is perfect for sensitive skin. It doesn't lather much, but it feels like velvet as it cleanses, leaving my skin baby soft and refreshed. I like to use this cleanser in the morning, when I'm just washing off my nighttime skincare products. Truly a luxury cleanser.

This cleanser seems to do it all. As someone who struggled to find the perfect face wash for many years due to my skin complexion, I will never turn to another cleanser again after I found this gem. I purchased this about a week ago, I got it for my oily skin and I noticed I get small breakouts around my forehead. After about three times that I used it I noticed my skin less oily and the small rash like bumps are gone. I enjoy how to lathers and a small amount goes a long way. I enjoy the smell it's mild and delicate. Overall I have pretty decent skin but the A perfect world is the truth periodt

I have tried many products over the years, but I always come back to A Perfect World. It's the only face wash that feels like it cleans my skin and rinses off. Others feel like a weird, drying film gets left behind. Please, Origins, never change it, never take it away. I've been using this for 16 or 17 years now. This isn't just A face wash, for me it's The face wash.

i enjoy the smell of this, a little goes a long way, it lathers nicely when you add a little water and it doesnt strip my skin like checks and balances, just be careful around the eyes as it has irrirated mine if some gets into my eyes.

i'm shocked this has so many good reviews. just like a lot of origins cleaners this stripped my skin. i had to use so much moisturizer just to not feel tight/dry. i would only get this if you have super oily skin.

So I purchased this because it was on sale while I waited for my normal checks and balances face wash to deliver. And I fell in love all over again. It's a great cleanser and I would repurchase it.

I thought I would try this based on the description. I expected it to to be foamy but have found it to be slimy. It doesn't make my face feel clean, instead it feels like I can't wash it off. I'd suggest Checks and Balances (foamy) or Ginzing (invigorating) cleansers. I look forward to switching back.

This cleanser has provided a GREAT balance for my skin. I have acne prone, clogged pores, gets oily and dry: ALL the above. I use retinol for my acne so need something that takes off my makeup but also doesn't dry it too much since I use the retinol. It also helps my skin feel clean and gives it a healthy glow. I have tried pretty much all of the Origins cleansers and even though I like many of them, this one is definitely a staple for me.

I am trying to find a good face wash that helps maintains my skin's health and controls the oily parts of my face. I have combination skin with more oil than dryness. I really tried to love this product but I noticed a lot more pores and acne on my face since I have been using it. I am going to switch back to Origins checks and balances.

I used to use the product before the design change a few years ago, and stopped because it's so expensive. With a recent sale I thought I'd splurge and use it again, because I used to looove it. I've used it a handful of times over the past few weeks and my face gets extra extra dry and I get a rash as well. Definitely won't purchase again as I won't even finish this bottle.

I received this product in a used looking state. No seal, lid not secure, and product leaked all over the box and other products shipped. I thought these skin products had to be sealed? I won't be using any more of this. This is more a process problem than a product issue. I never got to use the product and won't order here again. Long wait on phone to get credit and no answer to email.

I switched over from Fresh's cleanser and my skin has cleared up so much better with the this cleanser! Especially from wearing mask too my blemishes get cleaned up from this cleanser, definitely hands down worth it. I know it's anti aging but my skin looks and feels better.

I have never know that my skin sensitive before I try this cleanser. It irritates my face every time when I use it. I am not new one with Origins. I have many products and always satisfied. Now I should treat my skin with medicine because the allergy huge. Can't wait the time when I will have option to return it.

I love this face wash. It's cleansing and effective. It has not caused me any breakouts and it smells great. I have also used Origins Checks and Balances face wash and find it similar. Both work great for sensitive skin.

This is such a great cleanser for getting the top layer of funk off your face, it removes remaining makeup, dead skin, and it helps to get rid of some of the oil on your face. A little drying, but works well if you put a good moisturizer on after. It's just a really good cleanser and makes your skin feel cleaner afterwards.

I am a huge fan of this cleanser. I have sensitive skin, and as I enter my 40's have both some dryness/wrinkles and occasional acne, I have been using this cleanser for the last 4 years and love it. I use it as part of my nighttime routine, I do not use makeup remover first, I don't have any issues with makeup left behind or stinging my eyes. A pea size amount does the job and my face feels great, I am very sensitive to scent and I love the smell of this, the white tea is lovely. I do agree that the quality/design of the tube is not that great, and I have had more caps break off then with any other product I've ever used, but even with that annoyance, I still keep buying it! Occasionally Origins will offer a larger size, and those are a GREAT value!

I needed a cleanser that was gentle on the skin and didn't try to target too many things (fights acne, hydrated face) because I use retinol, so it had to be a simple face wash. This did the trick! My skin loves it and it smells great!
