Works goodThis cleanser is different from your regular cleansers so the idea is innovative. It is gritty though so I dissolve more first with some water so it doesn't feel harsh and then apply it to my face. Doing it this way works great for me and I find myself really enjoying the experience. It does clarify and exfoliate my skin and thoroughly clean out dirt (haven't tested on removing make up yet) without over drying skin. The results are different in a good way that you can't achieve with other cleansers and I have a LOT (mid to high end) to compare it with in my collection. I love that it is more natural unique ingredients. I hate the packaging though. The cap is super heavy bulky gold (like a piece of motor equipment or part) and hard to screw on and off. Very ugly cap. Tube is not that bad to squeeze out. Maybe they improved their formulation since the initial reviews. I hope they redesign the cap (I like the tube because it's more sanitary than a jar). I don't know if I will repurchase because I can't stand the heavy cap. It's like a rock that can't stably be screwed on. If they redesign the cap, it's a definite repurchase but for now it's an eye sore to me.Worst PackagingThis is literally one of my favorite body products, it is skin purifying and helps with body pimples. When I did this I also saw how much product gets stuck in little pockets due to trying to squeeze the product out of the tube. Which mean there is a lot of product waste in tubes I did not cut open and this waste of product comes from this horrible packaging. For the price and the great quality of this product they should really improve the packaging, because it truly is an amazing skin product but the packaging makes is incredibly hard to use and is super wasteful.

I will not buy again…

The product is great, but the packaging is ridiculous, you have to squeeze so hard to get a tiny bit of product out, they didnt think the packaging through on this one. I hope they make it easier to express or get out of the next container.

One of the worst purchases I've ever made

This is the worst. I don't know why the packaging is the way it is but it's *terrible.* It's hard to open, and once you do it will start to ooze uncontrollably out of the tube. The white insert on the cold cap broke immediately. I managed to salvage some by putting it in another bottle, but it got everywhere. My bathroom is a giant black mess and I've wasted so much money and product. I would return it if it wasn't too messy to bring back into the store. Awful, awful, awful. Such a waste— of money, of product, to the environment. I massively regret this purchase.

Love this product! I'm super sensitive and it has made my skin so smooth and amazing! Only dislike is packaging. I'm halfway through tube and at first it wouldn't stop oozing out when I would try to put cap on, and now I can't get it out. Totally should come in a glass jar like the scrubs…other than that this product is wonderful!
