Not like liquid at all
I bought the shade Wine Spill, which is more warm-toned than it looks in UD's photos. I thought it would emphasize my greenish hazel eyes, but it's very a blah rusty shade. The formula is terrible, quite frankly. It's easy to apply a thin line, but drags and skips a bit. Which wouldn't be that big o...

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I loved the staying power on this eyeliner! It's buildable and blendable but once it sets, you're good for hours! I stepped outside of my comfort zone and tried a new color and was not disappointed! It goes on so smooth and lasts all day/night!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Loved this product. It worked so well and I love the brush at the end. It smudges better I anticipated. The liner is so skinny and precise but lasts all day. It gave my oil cleanser a run for its money. Can't wait to try other colors.

Not like liquid at all
I bought the shade Wine Spill, which is more warm-toned than it looks in UD's photos. I thought it would emphasize my greenish hazel eyes, but it's very a blah rusty shade. The formula is terrible, quite frankly. It's easy to apply a thin line, but drags and skips a bit. Which wouldn't be that big of deal if it didn't claim to apply like a liquid liner! Unfortunately, it doesn't like to build on itself when it skips. It dries down so quickly that when you try to build it up, it picks up the product you already laid down and crumbles, and can makes things worse. It's also darn near impossible to blend out because it sets immediately. I can get a decent look if I'm both super careful AND fast, but this is definitely harder to work with than a liquid or typical pencil liner . I'll give it a couple of stars for looking decent once you learn to work with it, for the tip being a good shape for precise application, and for being long-wearing. But it's a barely usable product. I'd be more forgiving if it was truly a burgundy/wine shade that gave my eye color some oomph, but it's not. Come on, Urban Decay! You used to be pioneers and be able to help me rock an intense unconventional shade! You continue to disappoint.
