[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] this is a great and easy to use eyeliner for your waterline. it was very pigmented on the first glide and easily applied. it also does not irritate my eyes or make my eyes water when its on. it is not scented and feels light weight, like im not wearing any eyeliner. it does wear off after a while of use, but i find thats true with any eyeliner i put in my waterline.
