Formula change?
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I had tried this liner years ago in a taupe brown shade, and I had loved how pigmented and creamy it was so when I got this I was excited... But this feels so different! The pigment was severely lacking, I had to go over the same area of my waterline multiple times, which irritated my eyes because the liner is so stiff now?! It used to be so slippery (in a good way) and put down so much color. Because I can't get much color payoff in the first place, the longevity is basically non existent. I'm not sure what UD did to this, but it needs to go back!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is a great black eyeliner. I like to use it on my waterline but on the top. This is the online eyeliner ive tried that stays where I put it and doesn't transfer to the bottom. Super creamy and pigmented but also easy to move before it sets. Definitely tastes the 24 hrs. My only problem is it doesn't wash off completely the first time.
