Most Helpful Positive Review Effective and simple This product is easily the most effective makeup remover I've used. I have very pale skin, so it takes a lot of work to totally remove eye makeup with most methods. I've found this to be easier in my skin AND easier to use than makeup remover wipes. It's an added bonus that I can use this with a microfiber cloth rather than wasting a wipe every time I take off my makeup.
Leaves my face feeling clean and fresh.
Most Helpful Critical Review Sadly it's a no. It's been awhile since I've used an eye makeup remover. I was happy to find this one is cruelty free. I bought it cause i thought my micellar water would irritate my eyes. Dang was i wrong it burned alot. Way more than I thought. It really saturated the cotton round so I don't know if that's why it can seep in your eye easier. It removed my makeup very well so it works. But it's uncomfortable to use. Maybe it would be better on the face as just a miceller water. Oh well.

Product is the best I've used so far ... I was looking for something that would dissolve eye make up and glitter with out irritating my eyes and that's what I got with this product .

This is horrible! How is it on the market and how is it an eye makeup remover? This should not be used on the most sensitive skin on your face. My eyelids and under eyes are burning and they're visibly red. I tried calming them after with gentle lotion and even coconut oil and they burned even more. Do you even understand how scary that is? I'm in my 30s and I'm already worried about how delicate my eye area is without having it damaged just trying to remove makeup. If I wake up with a rash I'm going to be absolutely furious.

I used to use a much more expensive brand of eye make up remover because I loved that it wasn't oily but still gets the job done. This product is as good as the brand that cost 3 times more. Love it!

Sadly this product gave me a rash all around my eyes. The product feels like it always gets in your eyes (and burns) even I put less of the product on a cotton pad. It was a great price but not something I'd recommend.

I usually don't have reactions to cosmetic stuff but oh boy did I have a reaction to this stuff. It burned so so bad when I used it and it took so long to remove my makeup. Woke up the next morning with my eye almost completely SWOLLEN SHUT! Today my eyes are red, itchy, watery and very swolen. This was the first and last time I will try this product. It doesn't even take your makeup off completely.

This product is one of my favorites from Ulta's brand. It removes eye makeup well with a cotton round. Unfortunately, Ulta has not figured out how to ship items like this without damaging them. It came with a huge crack in the bottom and liquid all over the outside of the bottle and another item that was packaged with it. Would buy again, but only in-store.

This product is powerful even when removing waterproof makeup which it doesn't even necessarily advertise. However OMG does it burn eyes! I don't intentionally put it anywhere near my lash line but every so often the average person would get some EYE MAKEUP remover into their eyes on accident. Hopefully they can change up the ingredients so it can be gentler in that area.

I got this product to use mainly for taking off my mascara on the days that I don't do a full face of makeup. That way, I don't have to use a whole makeup wipe! It got some of my mascara off, but not all of it. It didn't sting my eyes like some of the other comments said. It's not bad, but it's not the greatest to fully take off your makeup.

This formula is really gentle & the makeup came off easy without having to scrub or irritation. I usually just skip putting makeup on my whole face and do my eyes. I have micellar water but I needed something specifically to remove the eyeshadow & liner. The skin around my eyes is crazy sensitive & bad reaction for me includes lots of burning & a painful rash. The only complaint I had about using this was that it left my skin dry.
