Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Moisturizer:

Products I use to fight acne are really drying and makes my skin peel but this stops the peeling and counters the drying without feeling oily or causing more acne like other moisturizers I've tried.

I used this product every morning after the shower. It didn't work and just dried my skin out more. By the end of the day my acne was irritated by my dry skin and the moisturizer didn't accomplish anything.

Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Moisturizer:

I have fairly normal skin but I get some breakouts on my chin and jawline. This product works really well on my roommate, but after a week or so of using this I have double the amount of pimples, my chin is really dry and flaky, and I have a few dry/red spots on my face. I account all of this to the fact that it is an acid treatment, and I was already using a pretty strong acne spot treatment (Differin) prior to using this product. Given that it's a moisturizer,I didn't think that the acid in this product would be strong enough to do anything weird with Differin, but it was just really horrible.

Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Moisturizer:

I have been struggling with finding a moisturizer that fits my skin for the longest time. I have recently gotten more acne prone and my skin has gotten more oily since I have gotten older but is sensitive and prone to dryness. This moisturizer has worked miraculously! It gives my skin just the right amount of moisture without leaving it greasy. It has also managed to help control my acne and reduce my pore size. I wouldn't recommend to those who have skin on the drier side. It's a very lightweight formula and may not moisturize quite as deeply.

Ok. This product is just confusing me. First of all, I'm not dure if I hate or am okay with the smell. Whatever it is that's weird. But when I put this stuff on my face, my face gets all RED and hot. Even when i minimalized it to once a day. Mostly helps with acne, not really with my blackheads though. Makes your skin feel real not nice. Not that good at moisturizing either. Would probably recommend though because all skin is different and such

I've always had pretty serious acne but the prescription stuff was too harsh on my skin. This stuff is perfect for me but I could see how it would dry out someone's skin who is less oily.

Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Moisturizer:

i bought this moisturizer maybe a month ago and have decided to abandon it. the first time i went to put it on my face all i could think about was how abosultely horrible this stuff smells.. my dad even commented on it and said it smelled like dirty socks. I found it kind of smelled like grapefruit kitchen cleaner.. maybe worse. Also, this is very light and i found myself needing to reapply after 10 minutes every day or two which is not what i was looking for in a moisturizer. lastly.. this didnt give me any small pimples or anything, but i have cystic acne which i have gotten very under control and i noticed that ever since ive been using this, whiteheads (maybe about 7 on my chin) have begun to grow under my skin which i know will eventually become cystic flare ups (i had none when i started to use it). I had high hopes for this moisturizer. At least it wasnt too expensive.
