Most Helpful Positive Review Great product
I am liking this new hair tool I got after returning another hair tool with great reviews that left my hair damaged. This tool has a learning curve for sure. Its not like the rotating hair tool from Instyler where you can rotate the hair from root to end...this is a dryer which should be utilized like how the barrel of a hair brush is used for heating by wrapping the hair around it and letting it dry with hot air first and then using the cool shot for a final ionized and wavy look. I like to first run the barrel along a section of hair a couple of times; then at the end I wrap the barrel and press the button to bring it all the way near the scalp..let the heat on for 1 minute and then press the cool button for another minute before turning it off and twisting the barrel off the hair. It gives the most voluminous waves. My only one con is it does take a little time...perhaps because I just started using this and must give it some time. I hardly give reviews but had to give a review since I felt that a good section of buyers are not using this the correct way. Also, I think it might work with the rotation method at the ends of the sectioned hair...I think trying to use the rotation method from scalp to end might actually cause hair to get entangled. Also love that this tool uses low heat...does not damage hair.
Most Helpful Critical Review Not the right tool for me
I have fine and fairly thin shoulder length hair that is wavy/curly. I use a shampoo and conditioner that help control the frizz. So, when it came time to dry my hair, I wasn't really worried about tangles even though my hair was much longer than what would fit around the barrel 1 time. The brush caught my hair and pulled and twirled it around the brush while the dry air poured out. The problem was that to get the hair taut around the barrel so that the heat could get to the hair, I had to continue to let the barrel spin. This was doing terrible things to my hair. I did manage to dry most of my hair with it... and mostly without terrible damage. But, it left it VERY flat and unattractive. So, I really could not recommend this tool for anyone with hair more than about 2" to 3" in length.

The ergonomic handle is comfortable and painless to use. I'm a hairstylist and usually use a round brush and hair dryer for blow outs. If only Baby Bliss would have this product with different size barrels for my short hair clients, I'd be the happiest hairdresser in town!
Had high hopes, but...
sookee from wisconsin
I had high hopes for this, but it's awkward, takes forever to dry fine hair that is already mostly dry/damp, doesn't really add volume compared to my old Conair that I paid $16.99 or my old Revlon Hot Brush and there really isn't a difference in the speed/heat. Either save your money or spend more...this is just blah.
I don't have time for this....

I will be returning this. Mine is defective, however I would not keep it anyway. It took forever to dry my hair the one and only time that I used it.
Caveat for Lefties - Probably Easier for Right-Handers
Izzybella from North Texas
First, let me say I was really pleased with the finished product. My hair had volume. It was SMOOTH and really shiny. It's a nifty little device. However. It is definitely designed with the right-handers in mind. As a left-handed person the controls were kind of awkward. You have to physically press a button down the entire time you dry in order to get the brush to spin to deliver those smooth locks. There isn't a lock feature that I saw (which would be the thing I need to give this five stars) Even though this device is not at all heavy my hand was CRAMPING by the time it was done.
Well for me Babyliss is Babyliss
CH from Virginia
I like to blow dry my hair by my self and leave the ends like my teacher always told us ''dancing ends'' soft not frizzy.
I would not buy again
Krys H. from Slidell, LA
The bristles are soft and lie down instead of standing up when rotating through the hair. Also, it took too long to dry my hair. I used the highest heat setting, but didn't seem to get hot enough.
Great hot air roller brush

I like this hot roller brush. It has forward and backward spin and 3 temperatures. It's lightweight and easy to use.
Best thing I ever bought

If u have long hair down ur middle of back or longer this won't work well for u. Best for few inches past shoulder and shorter.

I have natural curly/wavy hair that is fine but can really frizz at times. I've used Babyliss pro flat irons for years. Now that I have this rotating brush I never use a flatiron. When I use this brush to dry and style my hair it has so much body and smoothness at the same time. I used to go to a Drybar type of Salon occasionally but now I can blow dry my hair myself and still get lots of body and fullness. Note I tried a Revlon hot air brush ( it doesn't rotate) and that brush was super loud and my hair wasn't smooth. I ended up using the babyliss to smooth things out. This brush isn't for a quick blow dry and style. It does take longer but it's worth it.
This is life changing for people with curly or wavy hair!

I'm not sure why people only gave this product two stars. I'm completely obsessed! I have super long, curly, frizzy hair. I like to wear it straight or in very loose, shiny waves. Normally I have to blow-dry my entire head of hair to get all the moisture out, then flat iron the entire thing to combat the frizziness and to make it straight. The result is very limp, lifeless hair. With this product I can stylet just like my hairstylist would. I have tried my whole life to learn how to round brush my hair and I can't do it to save my life! This product allows me to do that. I start by blow drying about 75% of the moisture out of my hair. Then I flat-iron the frizzy and kinky and curly parts of my roots. The rest of my hair I use this round brush to give it amazing volume and bounce and shine!

I had owned this Babyliss hot air tool for several years and loved it, but I started wearing my hair shorter and the 2" barrel was too large for my short haircuts. I gave it to my best friend with longer hair and she loves it! My hair started growing out because of the Covid lockdown, but I decided to stay with the longer styles, indefinitely. I tried several brands of the newer oval style hot air brushes, which didn't work for me because of size and weight, so I came full circle back to my old favorite 2" Babyliss and I'm very glad I did! Babyliss has always been my favorite brand because of quality, functionality and reliability. Though a little higher priced, well worth the investment because they are so well made and last a very long time. I prefer the softer boar bristles, lower heat, simplicity and light weight of the Babyliss. I have fine, color treated hair that is easily damaged by plastic bristles and high heat, and I have arthritis in my shoulders making the weight of the Babyliss much easier to manage while styling my hair.
Save your money
Peachy from WV
Save your money, it doesn't even heat up well and really doesn't do much besides yank your hair. Go with Foxybae or Revlon blowout brush, or even the new one Chi just put out at least it has attachments. But this one is a no for me, I'll stick with my Foxybae. I will say it is pretty neat that it has the buttons you can rotate but other than that its not so great. If they'd remake it to where the brush was better and it didn't yank and actually got hot enough to do something it would be a lot better! This is why I wish more companies would send products out threw these review programs for people to test out and give feedback so they could at least change it up and it actually be worth it and actually sell...
Not the right one for me
Fine hair and small hands! from Philadelphia
The handle on this dryer brush is too wide for a small hand, which makes it very difficult to hold and manipulate. I also didn't like the bristles, which got caught in my hair with the fast, powerful rotation of the brush, and my hair had too much flyaway once I dried it. It might be a good product for someone with bigger hands and different hair, but I had to return it because it just wasn't right for me.
No, I would never buy this tool again.
Debbie from Waco Texas
It dries great but does not curl and it pulls your hair out
Great for fine hair!
BWade from Opelika, AL
This product is not made for all hair types which is why so many 1 stars but if your hair is fine and you fight for volume... this is for you! It looks like I've had a salon quality blow out each time I use it. My hair is volumized and shiny. I love it!!!
I returened this product. Bristles are too soft. 2" is big
Maria from MI
I want a hot air tool to take out the frizz and gloss my hair. This did not go through my hair
Love it and hair feels so silky
Nat from Tampa
Drys my hair much faster than regular dryer. Leaves my hair feeling super silky. I cant stand the way my hair feels now if I use a regular dryer and thermal brush. I do not use the rotating buttons. I just hold the hair in the brush and it does wonders. Only takes one hand to dry my hair now. Amazing.
Leaves hair looking silky

Hard to use at first but gets easier after a few times...
Lily K. from NC
Does not perform as advertised. Quality less than expected. Bristles seem to tear hair and leave frizzy rather than shiny as a neicated on box.
Yanked my hair
Alice90sbby from Long Beach, CA
I use this product for volume when I straighten my hair. I like to be able to grip both ends of the brush but in this case the end rotates as well and it gets hot. It also yanked my hair. As it rotates, my hair was getting trapped in the mid section between the rotating brush and the handle. I'm actually returning this today.
Lightweight in more ways than one
Hair authority from Texas
There is only one thing good about this product and that's the weight of it and the size. It does not do what it is intended to do.
I would NOT buy this brush again..Does not get hot at all!
CC from Destin, FL
Can't use this product ....Barely blows air & doesn't get even a little bit warm. much less hot! Garbage
Not for thick, wavy hair.
DISLIKED from Salem, MA
The temperature doesn't get hot enough to completely straighten. The barrel brush is to big to reach my wavy roots. I expected better results. I will stick to my blow dryer!
Crystal from Athens Texas
I'm completely uncoordinated when it comes to my hair but this works so wonderfully. I look like I've had a fresh blow out. Normally my hair is frizzy after drying it with a brush and hair dryer.
Wasn't sure if any product like this would work !
Rs53 from NJ
After using round brush & blow dryer once I used this I will NEVER go back !! Awesome product would definitely recommend!! My hair dries quick smooth adds volume and leaves no small frizzy pieces!!!
