Most Helpful Positive Review Great! Must use with acetone remover! Dried up or not when you get it, put a pinch of acetone based nail polish remover in the cap of that polish remover bottle and get a thick layer of paper towels or 2-3 layers of cotton rounds (to protect surface below) for wiping. Dip the pen in the remover to get it wet, swipe where needed to clean up your mani or pedi and dip again and again and wipe the polish from your pen onto your pads or paper towels. Repeat as necessary throughout your mani or pedi. Each pen tip will last for several mani pedi's if you use this method!
Most Helpful Critical Review Dry I bought this hoping it would make pedicures easier but I opened my pen brand new and it was dry as a bone. No nail polish remover in it at all. Fortunately, I could fill it with my own but that was pretty disappointing. The cap also falls off all the time so I've lost most of the tips

This product is so necessary for those little strips of polish that go outside the nail!
Useless 1
Alex from Chino, ca
Horrible. Tried suggestion of dipping in acetone to get solution on top, but it wasn't absorbent enough to hold any liquid in it, it's hard as a rock.
Do not buy, curios do better work

All of my lady friends are getting this polish remover wand for Christmas in their stockings.
Completely dry 1

I got this while on vacation so I didn't have to buy a whole new bottle of nail polish remover and it turns out I had to anyways. I could smell that there was supposed to be acetone in it but the pen was completely dried up before I was able to use. Like other comments have said, great concept but horrible execution.
Why should I have to add polish remover to it? 1
Julie from Atlanta
It was dry as a bone. Yes I can dip the tip in polish remover (as some reviewers have suggested), but I could just do that with a pointed Q tip. What's the point of buying a polish remover pen if there's not polish remover in it?
Dried up when opened 1

Not very useful because completely dried up already when I opened it. I am having to dip it into nail polish remover to use it.

I have to add nail polish remover and make sure not to sit the pen on anything that acetone will ruin as it leaks. I was disappointed with the execution. A nail stick dipped in remover works just as well and saves the mess. I do appreciate the attempt but it needs a better design.

I saw all the reviews but decided to try. Great nail polish removal. Love that they have extra tips to use. Really great at getting polish of my skin. Was a little messy on purpose but it did the job and was surprised on the out come.

Conceptually, I'm a fan. Great for quick clean-ups. I also appreciate the replacement heads.
As a work around, I dip the dry tip into polish remover.
I just wish there was remover still in the pen when I bought it.

Upon opening this pen, it was completely dried out. I added my own nail polish remover, and it did work well. The tips taper off at a nice angle to get around the cuticle easily. I like it comes with replacement tips.
You have to put nail polish remover in it for it to work. 3

It came bone dry for me, and I was about to return it. When I realized that you could actually open it from the bottom, and poor nail polish remover into it. After I did that it worked fine.
An integral part of my home manicures. 5

The nibs of the remover pens are shaped so that you can get close to the nail to remove errors.

I bought this for a long trip I was going on, knowing I'd want to touch up my nails. I bought it just before the trip and left the plastic on until I was ready to use it. When I took off the plastic and tried to use the pen, it was bone dry!
Do not buy! Dried out the second I opened it. 1
