Most Helpful Positive Review Wedding-Perfect Toes!
Took a last minute trip to Ulta for a quick selfie pedicure and found this wedding-perfect OPI nude color! This photo is 4 days later. Still looks perfect! Thanks OPI and ULTA.
Most Helpful Critical Review Not worth the price
I really loved the colors of this collection, but I'm not impressed with the formula of the nail polishes. It's A Piazza Cake was a nice opaque color and went on evenly with two coats, but Tiramisu for Two and Gelato on my mind were both very patchy and required three coats. The nail polish also didn't last as long as I had hoped, I got two days chip free with a top coat. I think there are better polishes out there for the same price or even for a cheaper price.

First off, this color is described as "earthy brown" on OPI's website and in independent reviews on various sites. I was looking for a deep, rich, dark brown and weirdly couldn't find any in person except this. I thought something described that way would have the color payoff I was looking for, but this is absolutely not as advertised. As far as I'm concerned, this isn't even brown--it's a very dark grey-mauve that can look brown in certain light, but definitely has a purple tint. Not even a nice purple tint but this dusty, dead-looking grey with a touch of purple. The color was so off I had to check several times that I had the right product name and had been looking at the right reviews and hadn't picked up the wrong product by accident. Nope: this is definitely That's What Friends Are Thor.
Secondly, this was SO streaky. I can usually get the color and opacity I want from two coats, sometimes even just one, but this required three and still wasn't perfect. Since I detested the color, I didn't keep going to see how many coats would be needed to make this polish respectable. I have other OPI polishes that have way better performance in terms of smoothness, opacity, and ease of application. What happened with this polish?
Absolutely not worth the price based on performance alone, and if any of the reviews or marketing copy had been honest about what the color actually was, I would not have bought it.
I was looking for a neutral shade but this caught my eye!

I like that there's some color to You don't know Jacques!, which even though it's considered a brown, I feel it's more on the purple side. Neutral enough to not stand out too much but enough color that it's noticeable.
I would be buying this shade again.

Color that is versatile, can be used for a day outing Or a formal night occasion.
Lie! Lie! Lie!

This has no business being in the brown family whatsoever!!! It's purple!!! Do not order if you're expecting a brown. What a waste of my time and money. Whoever is in charge of this site and colors should be FIRED!!!!!
You Don't Know Jacques! Isn't close to the color shown

I was hoping for a dark brown color, but this is more of a dark purple. Even after drying :(

Great Fall color!

OPI has been my favorite for years and I'd never change brands. I love the staying power and the brush is large enough to swipe twice and cover the entire nail. I use two coats and it's perfect.
Painting my nails twice a week is too much trouble to bother with cheaper brands of polish. my time is too valuable. This shade I have used for years and it's a perfect blend of brown and pinkish and I always gets compliments.
Worth a pretty penny

Love this color for fall & Christmas bling!

I'm in love with this color! It's so concentrated that one coat is opaque on my nails and it's a neutral shade that will go well with almost any outfit.
I would purchase this product again

I bought this nail polish in the store. I saw the color online an thought I'd try it. It's a beautiful rose gold shade and covers the nails well in two coats. I'm disappointed in the durability, however-started to chip in less thn three days, and I used base and top coats!
I would buy this product again

Love OPI products!

I love this product for two reasons. First, the color is great. Second, you can reapply it when the tips chip a bit and polish covers the flaw perfectly. You cannot tell where it was chipped. I use this color often for this reason.
Gorgeous color to transition to autumn.

OPI doesn't disappoint with this color. Super pigmented and distributes product evenly. You could do one coat in a pinch, but two coats are perfect.

Really love the OPI formula. And the range of colors is just out of this world
Love this polish!

This color is great! It only required one coat which is super nice. And I wasn't sure if I could put a matte top coat on a metallic color, but I did - and it looks amazing.
