I grabbed this sponge while waiting on the check out line because I remembered I needed a new one. The material is rough and scratchy and made my face red. I threw it out after one use. Waste of money!!

Comments about Real Techniques Miracle Finish Sponge:

I tried this for foundation and it didn't work it for me at all. It does feel a little rough on the face and left the texture of the sponge imprinted on my face. BUT for baking there is no better sponge! It picks up a lot of power and melts it in to your skin! It's the perfect size for under the eyes and has the flat edge to clean up your contour. Would purchase again.

Comments about Real Techniques Miracle Finish Sponge:

I usually love most makeup sponges. However, this one did not apply my makeup well. The texture of the sponge is rough. My makeup looked splotchy because the sponge was not spreading my foundation evenly. I kept trying to use it to give it a chance but it just wasn't working out for me.

How is this sponge different from the orange one from this brand?

                      A:

                      Hi Sierra,

Great question. This sponge is more porous than the original orange Miracle Complexion Sponge, mainly because we don't want the products you're using to finish (blush, highlighter, etc) to be applied as heavily as a foundation would.

                      That's the biggest difference.

                      Thanks!
