I think I need a slightly smaller coil but these work great anyway. They give my ponytail a little lift too!

I ordered these because I have short hair. Marketing them as mini is dishonest because they are actually jumbo. They are way bigger than any normal sized hair spirals I have ever seen and I unfortunately won't even be able to use them. These were made for really thick hair and probably work great for people who have a lot of hair, but have been poorly marketed.

I bought these because it says that they are mini and I have short hair. These are HUGE, way bigger than my regular sized spirals. I literally won't even be able to use them. They're made for people who have lots of/thick hair.

Love these super thick spirals - I struggle with migraines and have a hard time using any kind of hair holding ponies or devices without getting a headache. These big guys held up my messy bun without it being too tight to aggravate but tight enough to hold it all together. Success!!

I don't do pony tails. So don't know if it'll hold hair and the spiral band falling off. I used it for my hair buns. I have thick hair and keeps my bun in place. And also like how it doesn't pull off a lot of hair.
