Most Helpful Positive Review This product is amazing for lifting and toning! I was shopping in Ulta when a young woman approached me and asked if I would be willing to have a demonstration of the Mini. I had never heard of this product, but thought why not! She did one-half of my face, and not only were the visible results amazing, but I could feel the results, noticing that as I ran my hand over the treated side of my face it felt lifted and firm! I was immediately sold! I am 67 years old, and although I have been using PerriconeMD for over 25 years, and have had limited botox and fillers, this provided me with a new perspective on what I could still achieve to look good! She told me that the results from this short demonstration would last about 8 hours, and explained how to use the product. The results did last long into the night (about 10 hours). I purchased the Mini and have been using it for about 3 days so far. I am so impressed that I just bought the Trinity and attachments on line from Ulta - I can't wait to see what will happen long term.
I think the so-so reviews are from younger women who really don't have any sag to their skin. Who does at age 30! But, for those of you who are of a certain age, this product can't be beat! Run to your nearest Ulta!
Most Helpful Critical Review Happy until it died shortly after warranty expired I am over 65 & I was happy with the product results but it stopped working shortly after the warranty expired. When I contacted NuFace I was informed there is a FLAT $99 CHARGE to return for repair (plus I would have to pay to send it to them), no matter what the problem is; even if it just needs a new battery. I do not have the money to do that or to buy a new one now. So I no longer have the benefits of a product I paid quite a bit of money for and my face is reverting back to pre-NuFace condition. No longer happy!!

1st of all, It works! It does contour and tone the face and neck area. I received the Mini NuFace on January/15/2021 and unfortunately, sometimes out of the sudden my NuFace turns off (and no, it wasn't because it needed to be charged). Another thing is that I've been using it on the neck area -as indicated- but I remain a bit wary of the long terms effects this may cause especially when they've dedicated three bullets under "Warnings" that refers to the Thyroid/Anterior Neck. On their "Contraindications for use" section they state: "Do not use if you are pregnant" and explain that the safety of electrical stimulation during pregnancy has not been established. The bullet just prior to that one states: "Do not use if you have active cancer or over any suspicious or cancerous lesion". Unlike the pregnancy bullet in this case they fail to explain Why. Have NuFace been shown to worsen or spread a possible cancerous lesion? Has it been studied in clinical trial? What's surprising is the fact that they're FDA approved even though they explicitly state under "Precautions" that "the long-term effects of transcutaneous electrical stimulators are unknown". The user manual doesn't have a "Common Side-effects" section which I find interesting. Suspected common side-effects are mingled together in the Precautions section of the user manual in which the advice for most of them is to discontinue "if you notice this condition constantly without the use of your device". Micro-currents have been on the market for decades. They did a Clinical Study to; "evaluate the effectiveness of the NuFace Trinity used in combination with the Facial Trainer attachment to improve facial contour and skin tone, and reduce wrinkles. The participants performed the treatment at home for only five minutes a day for 60 consecutive days. Users experienced improved facial contour and reported their skin felt smoother and looked more toned". If there has been a Clinical Study to evaluate the effectiveness of adding facial toner attachments ($$$) to NuFace Trinity; why hasn't been one evaluating the SAFETY of NuFace use on the LONG-TERM. This is a family business and Tera Valdez has been in this for a long time. I think its past due...
Nuface Mini is stop working 4

I purchased mine on 11/28/2020. It had been working fine. But suddenly it's stop working. I have emailed Nuface directly and haven't received their answer. I hope I can fix it. I really like the result and want to keep using it. Dealing with the device charging problem is a pain.

Beware. I had skin my mom and sister were jealous of and all the attention had me looking around for ways to make invisible some light smile wrinkles. My first use of this device, going right into the holiday season, destroyed the natural lift of my skin. For the first time in my life, I now have sagging cheeks. It looks like I aged at least 15 years over night. I'm truly hoping my face can recover from this and if not, my lesson for experimenting on my precious face. Oh and ps, I was cringing, it was incredibly painful to use.

I have used this for a month now, use it every other day. I didn't see a lifting effect but I certainly noticed improved texture. I do not know that is really from the serum (fact that it has HA) or the electric current. But I have no regrets of buying it.

So, I have bought MANY "Miracle Devices" from Microneedling Pens to Hair Removal Devices and this one delivers! I usually do my treatments in the mornings but I got lazy and did a night time treatment...when I woke up the next morning I looked like I had been awake for hours! I looked so refreshed and lifted. Already seeing results with eyelids and fine lines and have only been using this for a week. I almost don't want to tell anyone about this amazing device because I want people to wonder how I do it! :) Looking forward to more great results.

Wow. I was skeptical but I do see the difference and I don't even need a before and after photo to prove it. I have used the device for 2 weeks (5 continuous days with 2 days "rest") and by the start of the 3rd week, my cheeks look contoured and made me look thinner! Even my bestfriend commented I lost weight (yet I haven't even gone on a diet!). I was so convinced of the result that I immediately placed an order of the NUFace Fix.
I read in a couple of online reviews that their Mini started to crack after a few months' of daily use so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that mine doesn't have the same issue.
With the amount of money spent on this device, I just wish it came with at least a pouch or container/lid to store it.

The NuFace Mini is wonderful. I've been using this product with the original conductor gel for around 3.5 weeks now. Be sure to apply a generous amount of the conductor gel when using this device and READ THE DIRECTIONS!

I am in my mid 20s and don't have many wrinkles, but I bought this for prevention and toning. The device itself seems to be working, but the gel it came with his highly irritating and caused my skin to sting and become dry. I've read that aloe vera gel can be used instead. I plan to use that instead.

I bought mine a few months ago and I can tell a difference immediately after. My skin perks back up. I will say, that I was struggling with some REALLY bad skin issues before, and my skin was really dull and saggy after. But the NuFace Mini has perked it back up. I highly recommend!

Followed the charging instructions for the initial 16 hour charge and now the unit doesn't power on. Not a great first impression for such a $$ item. I'll be heading back to Ulta tomorrow, debating on replacement or just return.

Great product. I've been using Nuface for about 7 years. I used the full-sized unit until it died recently. I bought the mini this time, and I love it too. I might even like the smaller design better. NuFace has always done a great job of lifting and improving blood flow to give a healthy glow.

So far loving my mini! Haven't seen crazy results, but I know it'll be gradual. Great product! I mostly got it as prevention as I am in my late 20s, helping with wrinkles, skin tone, and just a lifted look. Good things to come! A bit expensive, but better price than most devices.

I bought this a month ago and I have been using it four to five times a week and I have already seen a difference. My jawline is more defined, my face looks lifted and more vibrant. I have also noticed my nasal labial folds are softer. This device does exactly what it says it will do. If you are thinking of buying this device, just do it. You will be so happy you did!

I bought my Mini a month ago and have been using it 90% of the time since then (yes, I've sadly missed a couple days) but just today my friend mentioned my cheekbones seem to be popping out a lot more in our recent zoom get together (and I haven't lost weight). Now I kind of wish I got the trinity instead for some extra features :)
