I have ultra fair skin. I Can not wear liquid foundation because it always breaks me out. I use this followed by Bare Minerals. I use this mostly to set my under eye concealer.

    Brightens Under Eyes

    By paleprincessstatus

Comments about Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Talc-Free Mineral Correcting Powder:

I use this powder in translucent to set my under eye area. I am very fair and this is nice and brightening and helps my concealer stay in place. I have combo skin that is sometimes oily in my t-zone. I think this powder could be drying on some people if you don't moisturize well beforehand.

    Great for fair skin

    By Molly

Comments about Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Talc-Free Mineral Correcting Powder:

I love this for setting my face if a foundation is slightly too dark. I am super fair and most foundations are too deep for me. I have this in translucent and use it to set my entire face since it neutralizes as well as lightens my makeup. This is a very powdery formula (has a lot of kickup when you touch a brush to it) but it doenst translate like that on the skin. If you have medium to deep skin tones, I would avoid this. It definitely leaves a white cast to wherever you apply it.

Comments about Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Talc-Free Mineral Correcting Powder:

Creates a smoothnesz over foundation and kinda melts in with foundation to create a soft silky finish but after a few hours seems to really find fine lines and wrinkles. The foundation alone doesn't do that. May try it with different foundation or maybe it would do better with a different primer. It's a good product but not a great one. Plus for a compact it is very messy, powder flying everywhere. May as well use a loose powder.

Comments about Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Talc-Free Mineral Correcting Powder:

I started using this as a base under my foundation years ago, and consider it a holy-grail level have-to-have product. It's been my go-to since high school. If you don't use a primer, it will definitely settle and crease and look all sorts of weirdly caked up. I use the creamy natural shade, and it definitely color corrects if you don't have major color correction needs (I have a lot of pink/light red tones on my cheeks and chin), but it's not a heavy duty color corrector. I do like that I can use a smaller brush to pin-point specific colors, like I can put more green over my red areas before doing a final dusting with a big fluffy brush. Don't use the brush that comes with the product. That little brush is absolutely worthless! IMO, this product is definitely worth picking up to give it a try. I've also used it as a setting powder in a pinch, and it does a lovely job for that too. The formula is soft and doesn't break me out. I have oily T-zone and dry cheeks/forehead and eczema.
