Dr Teal's soaking solution harnesses the power of antioxidant-rich Matcha Green Tea to provide a relaxing bath with the Matcha Green Tea Epsom Salt Calm. This calming soak combines pure Epsom Salt with Matcha Green Tea to encourage relaxation and focus, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Soak away discomfort from sore muscles: Pour at least 2 cups of Epsom salt under warm, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes, and let the rich minerals soak away discomfort. Exfoliate your skin: Mix a handful of Epsom salt with a handful of your favorite body wash. Gently massage mixture onto skin to slough away dry patches, revealing a healthier-looking complexion. Soothe soreness from sprains and bruises: Add 1 cup of Dr Teal's Soaking Solution to 1 quart of warm water. Immerse a wash cloth into the solution, then wring out the excess water. Apply the warm wash cloth to the affected area until the wash cloth is no longer warm. Repeat two or three times to sooth soreness from sprains and bruises.
