How to Use

Pour a dime-size amount into palm, massage into beard and face (including neck) using circular movement. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. For best results, follow with their Full Beard Detangler or Beard Conditioning Oil.

Precautions: Natural and certified organic ingredients may vary in color and consistency. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

I placed two orders for my husband. One was the beard balm shape and conditioning oil, and another was the beard wash and the detangler. Both orders were placed in early November and I never got either order, although they sent me emails that they shipped. The emails didn't even include the name of the shipping carrier! I had to dig for myself to find out it was UPS. All of my orders looked stagnant, like they never went anywhere past the warehouse. I reached out to SheaMoisture through phone and email over a period of WEEKS. I was NEVER able to get a hold of anyone, and no one ever returned any of my messages and emails. This is really unfortunate because I LOVED this brand and was so excited for my husband to try this line when it came out. I feel cheated.
